I have a new service provider. He picked up, dropped off and returned calls quickly. This is fantastic!

I had two snow blowers that needed service. One was inoperable and the other was simply maintenance and tune-up. I phoned David on Monday (2/18/13) and explained my situation. While I was VERY worried about having seasonal scheduling problems, David assured me that he could take care of me right away and have at least one unit back to me before the upcoming snow that was forecasted for that Saturday (2/23/13). I am disabled and transporting two snow blowers was going to be a HUGE issue for me, however David was able to show up the very next morning (2/19/03) and (with some extra muscle) grabbed both machines and transported them to his shop (there was a reasonable fee for delivery). The inoperable machine required parts that he had to order, and he phoned me on Thursday (2/21/13) to give me an ETA. While he could have gotten the unit (that required maintenance) back to me on the agreed upon day of Friday (2/22/13), he asked for an additional day to get me both units back on Saturday (2/23/13)... which ultimately saved me a charge for an additional trip. As agreed upon, he showed up on Saturday morning (before the snow started falling) with both machines looking cleaner than I could remember and in perfect working order. I couldn't be happier with the service he provided.
