The project, rebuilding our second floor bathroom, went well from start to finish. Steps were taken every day to prevent dust and dirt from getting around our house. When they were demolishing walls, they bagged all wallboard and other materials as they were carried it out, to prevent the spread of dust and dirt throughout the house. The owner is extremely knowledgeable in all the trades and worked to achieve perfection in every aspect of the project. He checked with us when he had any questions about the products or materials we had chosen. He discussed tile patterns with us and spent significant time sorting and arranging the 24 square tiles to achieve the most pleasing arrangements possible. He made sure all the finishing details were completed. The project went smoothly from start to finish. We appreciate all his planning and effort. We Love Our New Bathroom

I'm absolutely *Thrilled* with my new contemporary bathroom with it's new Lacava wall-mounted sink, linen tower, makeup station and a Toto Washlet! Italian porcelain tile was used for the floor-to-ceiling shower and bathroom floor. Each tile was thoughtfully and carefully cut and placed with precision. The shower includes Grohe shower fixtures to include a rainshower! New walls, ceiling, electrical circuits, lighting, plumbing and a pocket door completed the project. Zacarias is a superb craftsmen who truly cares about work. His attention-to-detail is *2nd-to-None* with the end result being absolutely flawless! This included taking a master bath down to the studs, reworking the electrical and plumbing, and constructing a tile shower. Before we hired Zacarías, we read reviews about his tile work. All the reviews are true. He is a true artist and can visualize the end product before building. He has a strong network of vendors and knows which products to recommend for your job. He makes suggestions based on your needs and explains them thoroughly. Aside from his quality of work, and maybe most importantly, he is reliable. He is always there when he says he is going to be, if not 5 minutes early. We are very satisfied and hope to work with Zacarías and ZMH Construction again in the future.

ZMH is absolutely top notch. Zac is meticulous and professional. Gutted and remodeled 2 bathrooms- installed a clawfoot tub and high tank toilet, antique sconces, medicine chest, and vanity in larger bathroom and can't imagine ANYONE doing a better job. Master bath was done in marble and is absolutely beautiful. Our home was prepared/protected from debris/damage upon arrival and cleaned up each day before they left. Showed utmost respect for our home at all times We will look no further than ZMH for all future projects as no doubt we have found the best. I highly recommend ZMH Construction. Zacharias is a total professional and did meticulous, high quality work. He had excellent ideas and provided guidance throughout the project which included renovating 2 bathrooms, painting with door and trim replacement in a bedroom and shelving for a walk-in closet. He worked diligently to complete the job in the projected time frame and his clean-up was excellent - he left things spotless at the end of each day. Totally reliable, does exactly what he says he will do. He was very accommodating when I added on additional work.
