+ -1 moreDon is a master!! He is a true professional knows heating, cooling and plumbing inside an out. He engineered our system so the temperature is even throughout the house even though we only have one zone. He works on time and is very considerate of the homeowners time. I strongly recommend him as he is honest and is capable of dealing with the unexpected which we all know happens with every big job

Here's how it went for me: 1) I called for an appointment, giving basic dimensions of my home 2) the technician met me at the property to see things for himself 3) I received the written estimate 4) The job was done the following week on the scheduled date 5) The installation took less than a day and a half
Description of Work: Therrien Mechanical Systems performed the following services on my house: Converted my old oil heating and hot water systems to a 2-in-1 high efficiency lpg (gas) system. I can't believe how much cheaper my heating (it cut my heating bill by about 1/2) and my hot water bill for the whole summer [mid-June to mid-September] came out to be approximately $16.50. I can't believe that I didn't do the upgrade years ago, but I'm so glad that it's done now.

From initial appointment through installation took about 1 week, including a few days for ordering boiler and installation materials from suppliers by installer. Do review website for more information: go-gas-heat.com. Do consider upgrading to gas from oil as you get a much better bang for your heating dollar with gas. Don't hesitate to do comparisons between oil and gas heating for yourself. I was surprised with the results and am happy with my choice to update to natural gas.
Description of Work: Evaluation and update of heating system and hot water service. They upgraded our home heating system from oil to natural gas. Installed a combination gas boiler, which takes care of home heating needs and also our hot water supply. Very efficient and affordable unit was installed.

We require basic information about square feet of the space to be heated to ensure accurate sizing of the system.
We do not install systems outside the Rhode Island area however simple installation instructions are provided for any heating contractor to install this product in any application.
