I really wanted to support this local business. Initially they were incredibly responsive and their price and work was excellent. I knew that we were not a big account (we do most of our lawn care on our own), and unfortunately, they became harder and harder to contact for service. I contacted them for a fall cleanup and didn't hear anything back after several voicemails and emails. I contacted them again for a spring cleanup and they told me they would be by the next week. They never came. I ended up switching to a larger more reliable company for our lawn care.

Weed control under the rocks was not done properly. When asked to come back and fix the problem I did not get a quick response. They did come out and sprinkled weed killer on the rocks. To this date I am still pulling out weeds.

Now you must remember these are working landscapers (no big office with a receptionist) so it can take a minute for them to call you back. But don't worry...they will get back to you. And once you have them...you have their undivided attention. Cory was extremely helpful. He listened to my questions, concerns, and plans and was able to offer some digestible solutions. He even suggested a few other potential landscaping team members to help with my project. I look forward to working with the Nassaney Bros.

I was generally not happy with the service done at either property. I hired them for the whole summer, but would have changed to a different company if one had been available. It cost $30.00 per lawn per date and I guess the saying that you get what you pay for is correct. Before the first cutting, I had planted 2 yellow lilac bushes, marked them with blue ribbons and wrote a note to the cutters to not cut them down during mowing or weed whacking. The first week, all good. Second week, no lilac on one side, 1/2 a lilac on the other side, ribbons still in place on stumps. Not happy. Also, lawn furniture was left wherever they last put it to cut the grass. With my bad knees, I was not happy to have to drag the stuff back to its' rightful position. I don't think a client should have to tell a company to put things back correctly and I did not complain to the company regarding the lilacs, nor did I request compensation for them. On the other property, it was pretty straight forward, no furniture to move, no impediments to avoid. Toward the end of the season, it did not look so much like the grass was cut so much as it looked like it was rolled over. The grass at that time should have been about 2and quot; tall but was at least 3and quot; and laying down. Except for the wheel tracks in the grass, you would not know they had been there. The back looked better than the front, but no one sees the back yard. Altogether, it was a disappointing season.

This company is owned by 2 brothers. We worked mostly with Kyle, but his brother Cory stopped by to help one day as well. They are both very nice and wanted to make sure we were happy with the final product throughout. We made a number of last minute changes and requests, but they dealt with this very well and still went above and beyond (I would have been annoyed if I was them). My husband and I are very happy with all the work that was done and we would recommend to anyone.

I use them because I nobody to help me. Also, they are related to my hairdresser. I am happy with them. They are very nice people. They are polite and efficient. I like the way they do business. They are always ready to help.

It went very well. They are doing our yard this season again!!
