Work completed on time and neat

Prompt, agreeable. knowlegable about project despite somewhat difficult layout of gutters. I had to wait a while for a rain to see how gutters functioned, they were fine. Cleanup at end might have been more thorough.

A good job of power washing but left hoses disconected, porch furnature on the lawn, etc. Did not restore the property to where it was before they started washing. As an older person with disabilities, this caused a problem getting set back up again.

Kyle and his associates worked in intense heat but kept going. They repaired gable trim that was very high up and repaired trim in many other areas. They also followed up caulking and painting everything including tall garage siding with quality matching paints. Whatever they did, they wanted me happy with the result. I plan to hire them again.

Great knowledgeable young guy, very hardworking and making sure we were pleased before he left. While on the roof he was able to determine something on the chimney that needed repair.

When I hire a company, without any previous experience with that company, to perform a specific job my concern is that the job may not be done to my expectations. This was not the case with Kyle's. They showed up on time, did the work that was agreed upon and MOST of all the final results met and exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend them for power cleaning vinyl siding. Job well done.

Kyle responded immediately and scheduled an appointment. He came with one helper. When they reviewed my gutters they recommended removing the gutter guards because they had holes in the that allowed debris to go through. Once they removed the guards they found a great deal of debris in the gutters, including nails and shingles. They spent a few hours cleaning out the gutters and did an great job. I am planning to have them back to put on gutter guards. Kyle is very professional and willing to educate a new home owner. He is honest and reasonable with his estimates. I would recommend using Kyles Handyman Service and have actually contacted him in regards to other projects.
