On 8/25/13 I requested an estimate for refinishing of the cabinets of my kitchen, via the provider's website. The provider (Kenneth) actually contacted me promptly (on 8/26) and requested pictures of the kitchen, as these were not loaded properly in the request. I was very encouraged by the response. Unfortunately, that was the last time I heard about this provider. I e-mailed him again on 8/27 and called him a couple of times in the subsequent days, to no avail. My last called asked specifically for clarification over if he was interested on this project or not, so I could continue my search. No response at all. It seemed from his website that they do a good work; but I will not recommend them due to unresponsiveness.
