+ -1 moreAmazing team and service! We had flooding in our basement and as you can imagine it was extremely stressful. Kyle and his team made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. We ended up having a late service, due to other clients they had that night. Preston showed up at 730pm with smile and determination to fix our issue. He was here until after midnight, trying everything he could. Unfortunately, we had to resort to calling the city for assistance at the sewer. They recommended a plumber and helped get though a major issue at our house. Thank you Zoom Drain.

+ -1 moreI watched on the sophisticated camera line as each problem was tackled and resolved with true professionalism. Gianni and Preston from Zoom Drain knew exactly what to do and got to it. These two men defined the words “precision” and “professionalism” and Zoom Drain is in our speed dial. Price seemed reasonable too!! One more thing I learned from these two professionals…that rotten smell, that awful and repugnant odor you smell as they perform their work….is the smell of success!
Description of Work: We had two issues that required access to a couple of clean-outs in the basement; one was a backed up main sewer line from mostly decades of kitchen grease that finally sealed off flow through the 5 or 6” main sewer line on its way out. My high pressure garden hose and Gianni's and Preston's equipment and know-how had the clog gone in minimal time. We also saw a root mass inside the main sewer pipe about 63’ from the clean-out we were at that was clogged. Fortunately we had another clean-out 10' from the root mass and used a "jet" to pulverize it to see a prestine, clear sewer line straight to the house trap. This root mass blocked 90 percent of our pipe and was cleared out in 20 minutes. Phenomenal work performance.
