 + -1 moreWayne and his team were here throughout the project. There was never an instance when he wasnt here or that they missed a work day. The issue was price and quality. The quote we received was top dollar. He was selected by the contractor. We have a historic home and are comfortable paying for quality, so we did not object. The entire project ran past the deadline (they all do!) but i dont think that was the painter's fault. However, at multiple points throughout the process we had major quality issue. There were walls that were uneven, moldings that were sloppy, and drawers and cabinets that had too much paint and didnt close properly. Each time we pointed out the work deficiencies he would correct, but the errors were almost too much keep up with. The project is now behind us and we just aren't satisfied with the work. The challenge for us was that we paid for a 1st rate job and got a 3rd rate job. If he had been a bargain we would have gotten what we paid for.
Description of Work: We did almost a total renovation of our apartment in the spring of 2011. Wayne and his team were hired as the sole painters for the job. We own an historic home with a lot of wood. It was admittedly a big job.

 + 0 moreI WOULD TELL PEOPLE THAT THEY ARE EXCELLENT, RELIABLE, AND DEPENDABLE. THEY REALLY TAKE CARE OF ALL YOUR NEEDS. I HAVE USED THEM MANY TIMES OVER THE YEARS BECAUSE THEY'RE EXCELLENT.
Description of Work: THEY STRIPPED WALLPAPER AND PAINTED FOUR ROOMS.
