They were recommended by a friend who had them install a wooden fence across her wide yard. They are very busy - tons of customers - so it took awhile for them to get to my job. However, it was worth the wait. They did an awesome job. The front step railings - which were custom - are very lovely and installed perfectly despite the fact that my old house steps are not exactly even. The price was low for the quality of the work. Best of all, they are honest. When Mike Jr. came out to give me a quote on replacing my old wooden fences, he refused to because he said my fences were in better condition than I thought! Instead, he suggested replacing just the tops of a few where they were going bad. It cost him to refuse the work - I was ready to pay for replacement fencing. But he was too honest to let me waste my money. All the guys were super-nice. It was a pleasure doing business with them, and someday when my fences finally rot, United is the company I'm calling to do the work.
