TOP TO BOTTOM CLEANING SVC

Very nice people on the phone, and very pleasant cleaners on site. However, the intensive cleaning was more like a basic-- no walls washed, no sills dusted, only the kitchen floor washed w/ a damp mop. We were disappointed, and let Tony know. He was kind and responsive, and asked the cleaners to make sure the stairs were vacuumed and all of the French doors were cleaned. They did a good basic cleaning for the next two weeks, bathroom and kitchen looked good. However, they never washed my other wood floors. When I had them do another regular cleaning of the downstairs, and the intensive cleaning of the upstairs, my family was away. I got home to find the upstairs hadn't been vacuumed, and again, it was more of a basic cleaning than intensive--no sills or baseboards dusted, etc. The bathrooms looked good, though. I called and explained that the vacuuming upstairs wasn't done. I figured it's a big house, people can get distracted and forget what's been done and what hasn't. Tony sent someone out right away to look at it. It was Linda (the other owner) who went upstairs to check the carpets. She found vacuum marks under a rocker and a night stand, and claimed that her girls did it. That was done by my daughter, the week before, and it was clear that it had been walked on extensively since. Since my family had been away, it should have still looked freshly vacuumed overall, not just under furniture at the back of the room. Linda insisted that her cleaners had vacuumed, and told me they were just overwhelmed by the dog hair and dust. There was dog hair on the stairs, but we don't allow the dogs upstairs, so it shouldn't have been 'overwhelming'. Moreover, this was supposed to be an intensive cleaning! Linda offered to take $10 off and insisted her girls had done the vacuuming and that I was wrong. I paid my bill and will not have them again. Had Linda admitted the obvious, and had her service come out and correct the problem, rather than being insulting and defensive, they would not have lost a customer. Everyone else I encountered at the company was very kind and helpful.

THEY WERE GREAT. THEY SENT ENOUGH PEOPLE TO GET EVERYTHING DONE IN ONE DAY SO WE WERE ABLE TO GET READY FOR THE FINAL SALE. THEY WERE VERY HARDWORKING AND RESPONSIBLE. NOTHING WAS BROKEN IN THE CHAOS AND IT WENT WELL.
