+ -1 moreMike was very quick to respond to my call (extremely rare) and gave me the quote right away. He was very pleasant person to talk to and his price was reasonable. Only reason why we didn't go with him was that he doesn't do tree cutting. I wish all the service providers were as responsive as him. I recommend calling Superior Stump Grinding for anybody who needs the service.

+ -1 moreHe came at about 9 and was gone by a little past 11. When was done the yard looked great.
Description of Work: I had him grind 25 stumps in my yard. Many as over 3 feet or more in diameter. A couple that were from a cluster of trunks composing a stump about the size of a riding lawn tractor or small car.

Description of Work: Mike is a dream to work with. He called me right back, made time for us the next day, and maneuvered the grinder in an awkward part of the yard without damaging any of the trees nearby. His pricing was upfront and extremely reasonable. This is the kind of experience that makes me wish we had more stumps in our yard. We will only be calling Mike from now on.

+ 0 moreWorking with Mike makes me wish there were more stumps that needed grinding. He called me right back, was super responsive and helpful, asked all the right questions, and was upfront about pricing and the possibility of needing to charge a bit more once he was on site. He worked us in for the next day and also offered other times in the next week. Mike's machine is gigantic (you can see it on his website), but he maneuvered it so carefully that he managed to grind a stump in a very tough spot without touching the two young trees on either side. Mike took care not to roll the machine on the brick patio, and he even cleaned the wood that had accumulated on our driveway so as not to leave a mess. He is a breeze to work with and such a pro. I couldn't have asked for more. He's the only person who's touching our tree stumps from now on!
