+ -1 moreTerrible, do not call this guy! He's a Craigslist scam artist!
Description of Work: This guy is unreliable, and DOES NOT return phone calls. I can't imagine if I had given him money, I would have never seen it again. He never answers his phone or returns messages. The one time I got him to answer it, we scheduled an appointment to discuss my windows and he never showed up; left me hanging all day. I guess it assumes only his Saturday afternoons are valuable. What a bad businessman. Find another window installer, this guy is terrible.

Description of Work: I received an estimate from Steve to replace windows. He sounded very interested in completing the work. However, I called him back six times over the course of a month to try to schedule him and he never returned any of my phone calls. I checked and his phone number has not changed. I just wish he returned one of my calls and let me know he was not interested or too busy instead of ignoring me.

+ -1 moreWhen considering having this work done, I got similar price quotes for window replacement, however after doing some reaserch, found that quality of the Simonton windows that Steve installs to be far superior to what others were offering. Windows look great ! No air gaps. Added benefit is the insulation from street noise. House was left spotless. Steve is very accommodating and easy to work with. Returns phone calls promptly.Treats you and your property with respect. I would recomend him without reservation.
Description of Work: Replaced 28 windows with high quality vinyl replacements,insulated window cavities,and recaped exterior surround. Also, replaced 7 basement windows.
