Description of Work: Performed work on my front farmer's porch after being hit by a tree during a winter storm. The job required the removal of damaged materials. All new materials were then ordered and installed.

Description of Work: We were in need of a full basement build. Rooms needed to be built were Bedroom, Bathroom, Kitchen, and Living Area. Mr. Sarah showed up and gave us many options for the usable space and material choices for all rooms listed. The most noted work was done in the bathroom and kitchen areas. A ceramic tile floor, a vanity with sink, a walk-in shower and a pump-up toilet were installed in the bath. Mr. Sarah even built a linen closet in the unused area under the staircase to take advantage of all usable space ( door,lighting, shelves, etc...). The kitchen area was a difficult design because of the allowable space. Mr. Sarah took the time to help us layout the proper spacing for all the cabinets and made sure we were completely satisfied before they were installed. Mr. Sarah installed all cabinets countertops and sink with fixtures. The entire kitchen and living area were finished off with a hardwood floor that was recommended by Mr. Sarah specifically for basements. Mr. Sarah even helped with the installation of all appliances once delivered.
