The service was great but I felt they were very costly.

Not sure re pricing since I needed service right away re sewer back-up so I could not take the time to price-shop. Perhaps this is the going rate. Great service. Punctual.

Friendly fast service A little expensive

They quoted me a time that they would be coming to my home, but they had some emergencies to take care of first. They contacted me and told me they would be there by the end of the day and they were there and solved my problem. Good company.

Rooterman was prompt, attentive and did a wonderful job fixing the drainage issue I had in my basement. My only issue was the first repairman they sent out (who couldn't do the work) informed me I had a sump pump problem that repair of would involve jackhammering the floor of the basement. The master plumber who subsequently came out informed me that it wasn't a sump pump it was an ejection pump that didn't need to be put into the ground. This turned out to be a big savings in cost and he did an excellent job. I was just a little mystified that the first repairman thought I had a sump pump, when in reality it was an ejection pump.

Basically was $300.00 am hour. Rather expensive. For using a electronic snake.

The actual pricing was cheaper then the estimate. Felt very comfortable they weren't trying to inflate the price

Home advisor was guick and easy to use. Fast confirmation and actual contact with contractor. Only issue I had was the discrepancy between home advisors projected estmate, $100 to $200 and the actual cost. $350 for a 45 minute job. Which was realistic for the sewer service recieved. Great tech, good service.

They were late to show up and start, lot of fooling around, no check after to make sure no leaks, I did and there were leaks. Person who quoted price for work done, did not relay to person left to finish the work. Had to remind remaining person what else was to be done and was not prepared with supplies. Didn't clean up after work done. Very high priced and could have gotten done for half the cost. Charged me 25.00 more than quoted price.

5.0 for customer service. A little less than a 24 hr. turn around time to get job done. 4.0 for work quality. Quality of work looks to be worthy of a 5.0. But it will take some time to see if repair is sustainable over an extended period of time. 4.0 for value for money instead of 5.0 because I have nothing to compare it to. However, based on the explanations of the cost of the project by Paul & Nathan, Rooterman technicians, I believe that the cost was most likely in line/or better than what the cost would be with any other company. We had one company in the night prior who snaked, and used camera to find source of problem, end said was not blocked line causing prob but needed additional venting for downstairs bathroom. Gave us name of rooterman who was already due to come next morning, told us to tell them needed y pipe for add, venting rep who showed up didn't seem to care what had already been done wanted to verif himself at additional cost to us, then wanted to clean main line to street at cost to us, and didn't fix the problem, which is most likely what we said other cleaning company said vent issue.. frustrated.

Arrived 10 minutes after calling and unclogged the drain within an hour.

Really fast service. I had to spend more than I wanted to, but that's life, I guess. They need to come back and finish the job next week, and were happy to work it out according to my schedule. I'd definitely recommend them.
