They got here quickly. I was happy to pay the $900 to solve a sewage problem I could not with the equipment I have. I was also happy to clean the giant mess they made solving the problem. I was not happy to have them back the next day because the problem was not remedied. I also was not happy to hear I would have to pay full price for them to try again. I should have just bought the equipment the first time.

I had a clogged SaniproPlus toilet. After snaking the toilet, scratching my toilet and denting several areas on my bathroom ceiling, I was told It couldnâ t be unclogged and that I needed a whole new toilet, pump and macerated at the cost of $2200.00 -$2300.00!! I told them I wanted another opinion so they charged me $99.00 for the service call. I had the toilet fixed by another plumbing company for $450.00!!! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY...THEY WILL LIE AND TAKE YOUR MONEY!,

I would not recommend Rooterman. suffice it to say they are the " fast food" of plumbers. i would not recommend. no part of the experience do I wish to relive

Problem solved with no fuss at all!!

The plumber arrived early. (They did call ahead to make sure it was ok for me.) After discussing my problem he offered some alternatives. When I decided I wanted some pipes replaced. he returned on the same day with the material he needed from his warehouse, and replaced the pipes to permanently solve my slow drain problem. He DID NOT try to up sell me. He offered the best solution for my problem. His price was exactly 35 cents more than his estimate. I was satisfied with the price and the service.

Very satisfied. Pricing was much better than other quotes I received from other companies. Everything is working perfectly.

I had a clogged ejector pump line that connects to main sewer, tech came out and worked on it for about half hour, assured me it was all set, when I tried it later on, still the same issue. I contacted them back but told me that it must be a different problem, maybe the main sewer line but could not come out and check it out. I rented a rooter machine from home depot, while it took me about 3 hours, I was able to clear the line my self...
