Service was excellent. Nick was very friendly to work with and punctual with returning phone calls. He was punctual on date of service and acted professionally. I would hire again for any future chimney needs.

I called on a Saturday and Charlie was at my home on the following Monday morning with his helpful assistant. In less than an hour's time, they cleaned our wood-burning fireplace, leaving it and the surrounding area cleaner than when they arrived.

Two men came and did a thorough job cleaning my chimney. They didn't try to up-sell us, which was good.

The prices are really competitive, He did our chimney and stove that we use all the time, He also cleaned our fireplace. He is very resonable. Not a bit of dust anywhere when he finishes. He has modern equipment.

They explained to me that the chimney did not need to be cleaned and said the chimney looked fine. They did not try to do any unnecessary services. They were prompt and very friendly. I would use them again.

I reviewed several of the Chimney Sweep services rated on Angies List. Mr. Chimney was the first to call me back. In fact, the appointment was set on a Saturday and they were able to come to the house Monday morning. The two man team was prompt and extremely professional. Before they began their work they moved everything in the way of their work and set down tarps to make sure the house remained clean. As they cleaned, they described for me the condition of the chimney and how the flu actually curved which is normal in an older house. After they cleaned they could not see a major reason why it would not draw. This lead them to take a second inspection from the roof. A blockage could be seen that at the time they could not explain. To make a long story short they got to the bottom of the issue and worked dilligently until the block was remedied. It turns out that there must have been work done on the chimney before we purchased the house. 2 large sheets of a type of foam insulation were placed in the flu maybe to prevent debris from falling into the house. They were never removed. Can you imagine if these caught fire?? The team cleaned the house and left it exactly how it was found. This service was absolutely perfect!!

They did an unbelievable job. Very through and reliable. They left no mess. As a matter of fact., I believe the house was cleaner after they left and the chimney and fire place are spotless.

very professional.. Was having construction done at time on house, and found that chimney was in need of repair. Mr. Chimney came and installed new Chimney liner for boiler, cut thru for proper ventalation and installed new cap and sealed entire chimney . Very professional, honest and resonalble compared to others.. will be calling for for yearly serivce.

The owner returned my call promptly and gave me a quote, because I wanted it done right away I booked it at that first call. He scheduled an 8:30 AM appointment with me as I explained I had to go to work and Nick was on time and very efficient. He also cleaned the floor area around the chimney and my furnace so everything was in order when they left. I felt this company is very professional with a price point in line with other companies. I would hire them again.

The gentleman was very responsive, my mom was told by a couple of other services should would need other work. I went on Angie's list looked up the reviews on Mr. Chimney and was very pleased with his past reviews. I am extremely happy with the service provided as well as my 86 year old mom. She said he was very clean and professional. she absolutely would use him again.

i was getting smoke back in thru the flue in the basement when making a fire in the upstairs fireplace. they suggested the best way would be to just brick off and close the basement chimney and it worked

Was having trouble with flue damper opening. Damper is on built worm-gear. They came in and lubricated it and it works well. They also checked for hornets/bees nest and found none. And they examined slate cap on chimney which leaks into fireplace and made recommendations for repair.

He was on time and very professional. He was easy to understand in describing our situation, and he and his assistant did not waste any time and got right to it. He answered all my questions at the end and has a nice demeanor.

They showed up when they said they would, cleaned everything out without making a mess, and even fixed a flue that wasn't operating correctly.

The serviceman arrived on time. We were prepared to have three chimneys cleaned, however, upon inspection it was recommended that only one actually needed cleaning. We appreciated his honesty. He also recommended a couple of chimney caps, we have none and the estimate was left with us with size and material to be used if we decide to have them installed. We were very please with the professionalism and cleanliness. We would definately use them again.

Very nice young man . He and his assistant were pleasant and all work was neatly performed. Not a speck of ash was foumd when the work was completed.Will call him again next year.

Because they are located in RI, which is not far from us, we gave them a call. The problem though is that since they are in RI, they are not licensed to work in MA. They did call us back promptly after we had called and left a message for an estimate. . If you live in RI, they would probably be good
