It was pleasurable experience with this company from the estimate through completion of the project. Very polite, professional, knowledgeable people. Tom(estimator), Christine(office,owner), Kyle & Bernie (technicians), Tom(manager, owner), Very satisfied with the end result of a shower repair/makeover, and tile refinishing/painting.

Punctual and explained the process fully. Cleared up after the work, and did a good job.

We used this provider for the first job in early summer and although were drip marks and the taping off all over my window was very messy and it took a long while to get the tape marks off my woodworking, overall i would say I am satisfied . The second job we hired them for was a total mess. Long story short, the paint got all over my flooring and they came back to scrape it off, but left a mess and jagged marks and grouting is now discolored and he tried to tell me my grout is basically dirty and thats why its discolored where that is simply not true. MY grout was black and now its all chipping and messy and the line where the paint was is all peeling up. I was told one thing and another was done and that is why we are unhappy. I understand mistakes happen and if he just fixed them the way he said he was going to fix it, i would understand. STOP BLAMING US for why he made the errors of NOT sending himself to estimate and sending his laborer...and then blaming my grout line as to why it was all over the place throughout my entire bathroom including the back wall where there was NO grout to be had there. What Justin did, was try to make it all LOOK even with a 1 inch paint mark all around my floor to make it look good and it looked bad and even TOM agreed it did as well. STOP BLAMING ME, the customer for why your job was awful . bottom line, YOU COULD NEVER show this job in your show room as something your proud of, and for that I am upset. I paid good money for this . To tell me your not refunding me because i trashed your name all over the internet, isn't fair. I asked for a refund. Wasn't even called back. I tried dealing with you direct and all I received was condescending comments and blame placed towards ME. NO admittance of error on your part UNTIL i placed the yelp complaint and BBB. MISTAKES happen, but to not FIX YOUR ERROR until I am satisfied and to brush me off, is simply unacceptable.

They had so many different services but were able to fix our brand new fiberglass tub. We didn't have to replace our brand new tub. They weren't able to match one of the colors of our tub and didn't ask for payment until they came back to fix the tub correctly. We really liked that. They had honest work and didn't want to have us pay for something that they didn't think was 100% right.

STAY AWAY! Worst experience in home improvement I have ever had. Product is fine and will probably last a while, but the husband and wife team running the business - hand's down the most unprofessional, unethical, rotten business owners I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with. Took no responsibility for their staff's actions (where there were problems) and blatantly lied to me and to the BBB after I filed a complaint. My experience to them was good! I have to call them back to retouch my bathtub.

The worst experience one could imagine. Technician admitted he had a problem with the job. This took extra time to allegedly repair-much longer than quoted. When the job was finished he said that someone would follow up the coming week and make sure all was OK. That never happened. The tubs finish was all the time impossible to clean well using Formula 409 that they told us to use.We complained about the application and they finally sent an abusive and insulting man over that claimed we were not cleaning it.He then suggested that we go to his business and buy a secret cleaner for a fee. We purchased this service for the ease of cleaning with a simple cleanser, not some chemical that only they could sell us.We then complained to the BBB and immediately we were sent a lawyers letter claiming that we never paid and were in collection forI assume in retaliation We have the Lawyers letter in hand and the cancelled check and would be happy to show it to prove the deceitful manner this company operates. BEWARE...Go elsewhere... The are the priciest service of this kind as well.

I thought the price was reasonable. Since there is really nothing like this product as their competitor, it's a hard to say whether I think the price is good. The product is very good quality and will last around 5-10 years, which is great that we don't have to worry about until then. They were very professional, and the installation went very well. The first time they were to come out, we had to reschedule because of one of the workers came down with the flu. But after they apologized profusely, we rescheduled and they came out to do the job well and we are happy with the results. We highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

They did an excellent job. The tiles looked brand new and so clean, when he was done. There was one scratch that came on one tile from the fault of the contractor and he came right back and fixed it immediately for me. He was just amazing and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

They used a different method then they used for me before, and I'm not sure I was happy with it. The price was fair. It's hard to compare the experience to the previous job that I had done. They were very good about coming back out when I wasn't satisfied. They are very nice to deal with. I would make sure that I kept right on top of them if I decided to use them again.

I THOUGHT THAT THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL WITH THEIR WORK. THEY WERE ALSO VERY RELIABLE. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. I THOUGHT THAT THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE, TOO.
