Mallozzi Electric

We contacted Mallozzi Electric to do some work on the house we had just purchased. Gary is very talented, professional, and was in close contact throughout the course of the work. He also found some knob and tube wiring in the course of his work which he ended up taking care of as well. We would highly recommend Mallozzi Electric to others and will definitely use Gary again for any further electrical needs.

I am writing because Gary Mallozzi was the only electrician whom I called late in the day for immediate help who was kind enough to respond. It turned out that, when he was on his way to my house, I realized what the problem was and fixed it (having to do with the safety plugs in bathrooms). So I never actually used his services. However, I was so impressed by his willingness to change direction (he was on his way home) to come to fix a problem for someone he did not know, that I want to let others know. Before I reached Mr. Mallozzi I had phoned three other electricians, including an electrician who had previously done extensive work for me, and no one else was willing to come.

I could not be happier with Mallozzi Electrical. Mr. Mallozzi and his son Gary were complete professionals, really nice people to work, were on time, on price and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them and will be using them in the future for any electrical work I may have.

FANTASTIC. I had purchased the switches and faceplates in advance but did not know about the ballast. Gary drove to Top's and picked one up. The bathroom lights never worked properly and I am so pleased to have everything in working order. Also very happy that I now have a great electrician I can rely upon.

Gary and Gary were very punctual and stuck to the price outline that they gave me at the beginning. They patched up the holes they had to make in the walls and made sure that all the electrical was working correctly before leaving. Our dog loved them as well!

I had knob and tube replaced in my house, about 4-5 days of work Gary and his dad were punctual, communicative (always texted the night before he was coming), and clean. They did the job at a price more than 50% cheaper than Northern Lights had offered. I would happily go with them again. Highly recommended.

Perfect! He arrived early, called first to check if that was ok, professional, explained rationale for instal of new switch, how to operate the fan, and trouble shooting. Price was lowest compared to other estimates, and he by far was the nicest and communicated the best out of all of them!

They were very good. They were on time. We were very pleased with them. They came out when they said they were going to come out. They were actually under the projected price that they told us. I think they had quoted us, they weren't sure, it would be between $150.00-$200.00. He ended up charging me like $125.00. So, very pleased. They were very punctual, very professional, and very good. I can't say enough about how great this company is! Gary Mallozzi and his father (also Gary) were extremely professional, answered phone calls promptly, came when they said they would come, arranged the permit, gave me an accurate estimate of how long the job would take, cleaned up after the job each day, and charged a price that was considerably less than the other estimates I got. In addition to all that, they were a pleasure to deal with: straightforward, honest, and friendly. I had had a problem with a smoke alarm and Gary gave me a suggestion about what to do that saved me a lot of time and bother. He also explained a number of things about the re-wiring that were very helpful to me. He and his father are real pros and very good people. If you need electrical work done, you will be very glad you called them. (I have already recommended them to friends of mine.)

The work was done quickly and efficiently and came in below cost.

Gary is so responsive. He was able to fit in our job so that we could complete our bathroom remodeling project before our out-of-town guests arrive next week. He arrived on time in the morning and was able to complete the job by lunchtime! He works very neatly and doesn't leave a mess behind. Every thing looks great and the lighting in our bathroom is much improved. This is the third time we've hired him to do electrical work in our home and each time we are impressed by his knowledge and professionalism.

Very prompt and professional. Ultimately we went with another company only because of a price difference and a friend (who is a commercial contractor) gave us another name. I would absolutely call Mallozzi again and hire them.

I was able to get an appointment quickly and Gary even called to see if he would be able to arrive a little earlier in the day than originally planned. He quickly recommended solutions to the issues and his work was excellent. I also had him quote additional items for me, as he will definitely be the one I call for all future work. He was very professional, personable and knowledgeable. (He even helped me figure out an issue with an appliance that was recently delivered.) I highly recommend this company for any work you need done.

Really good. Electrician showed up on time and was really fast and efficient. He finished early and asked me if there was anything else that needed attention. He even gave me a discount because he finished early.

There is only a crawl space under the room, so all of the wires had to be fed through the walls/ceiling. When I called they came the next day for an estimate, sent the quote the following day and began work three days later. Unheard of. The work was great (they made minimal openings) and sick (2 days) and the price was fair. I would definitely use their services again.

We scheduled for him to come the next morning but the snow and ice prevented it. He promptly called me to reschedule when he wasn't able to get up the hill near my home due to ice. At that point, he asked me more questions about the event and told me to trip all of the circuit breakers because the power surge from Nat'l grid may have been the culprit. Sure enough it was! I will keep his number for the future. He was knowledgeable, professional, and timely.
