Will hire again. Perfectly done.
Description of Work: I hired Gary again to hang TV mounts and bury wires in the wall. Alway on time, professional and job well done! This was the second time I used Mallozzi Electric and will use them again in the future.

Description of Work: We lost power in half the house, including our heating system, on a Saturday night. Called Mallozzi on Sunday morning, and received a return call within half an hour. Gary spent about 20 minutes on the phone with me, discussing the possible causes and troubleshooting. He walked me through a process for restoring full power, and had me up and running almost immediately. I was impressed. He could have charged me for a premium Sunday service call, but instead helped me resolve the problem myself. Great customer service, polite, knowledgable, and more than fair. I will contact Mallozzi for electrical needs in the future.

Description of Work: I called Mallozzi at 2:30 PM and informed them that I had a short in a circuit that powered my bathroom and hallway. They said someone would be here between 3:30 - 4:00 PM and at 4:00 PM my doorbell was ringing. Professional, courteous, I would use them again no question.

Description of Work: Additional electrical work done without pre-written estimate and approval. Final bill was sticker shock. Also, Tenant came home at 10:00pm without heat and no electrical. I called Mollezzi about 2nd floor electrical blackout and they sent out their service tech only to discover the main breaker off. Mollezzi finished the job that same day and denies they left main breaker off and blamed tenant for shutting off breaker, they charged me an extra $200.00 on top of a bill in excess of $3,000.00.

Customer this job was completed on or near Febuary 2nd 2010 almost two full years ago. I wish you voiced your concerns earlier if this was the case of how you felt. In regards to your grade. You called us on Saturday night as the 2nd floor had lost power. We came out at 9pm on a Saturday night found out that the 2nd floor service was damaged and was able to provide temporary power till Monday. I believe that we were extremly punctual. On Monday we then replaced your whole outside service due to the meter socket damage. We installed a new service drop down the side of your house a 2 gang meter socket with main breakers and a house meter socket that had a manuel bypass in it. We also then properly grounded your service by installing two 8 foot ground rods and grounding your service to the water meter. The price we charged was extremly reasonable for the work performed. The second call in regards to the lost power occured more than 24 hours after we performed the work. After completition of the job we always make sure the power was restored properly. If you are implying that we left the power off why would a tenant stay in a apartment a whole night and the following day without letting anyone know the power was out. We are extremly sorry you feel this way but question your grading due to not only the timeliness of the review but the accuracy of your description. We hope we can still work for you in the future.
