x Dealing with the owner Tom lopatosky was tremendous. He really cares about making his customers happy. No matter when you call him or e-mail him he makes himself available to you. The crew he sent to do my house acted very professional. They were always on time and put in a full days work. The only negative thing that I can say about the company ( I told Tom this more then once) was that his prices were a little to high. He did not disagree with me but maintained that he was competative with other companies doing similar work. You will love Tom. You may not like his prices. I called Tom approx. one year after he painted my home. I had some concerns about some peeling paint. He answered my call immediately and responded to my home within a couple of days. I showed him my concerns and he agreed and sent out a painter to touch up the area I was concerned about. You can always count on Tom . I have no regrets using his company. I would recommend him

They took just over a week to complete an outstanding job on the entire exterior of my house. From the estimation process through completion, the guys at Lopco (I dealt mainly with Mike - the estimator and Tom - the owner) were polite, professional and very responsive to any and all questions I had, no matter how trivial. I can't recommend Lopco highly enough.

I cannot say enough about how professional and easy to work with Tom and his crew are. Tom came out and gave us a quote in October of 2011. When we didn't follow through, he sent us a followup letter offering 5% off the work if we signed the contract this spring (2012). That got us mobilized to get the job done. He came out and sat down with us and we went into detail of every aspect of the project. (We had hired another firm to paint our house and knew some 'don'ts' we didn't want to happen again) He assured us we would be satisfied. He was right! Tom communicated to us every step of the way, the crew came on time and stayed a full day every day until it was completed. Each and every member of the crew treated our property with the utmost respect, and communicated consistently. The very big job was completed in two weeks, even with unexpected repairs and little things that were added on.We had to pick the 'barn red' color, and try to match an existing building. The foreman intervened when he thought the color I picked would turn out too purple and suggested, in the most tactful way possible (afterall he was advising a woman about color!) that I should change my mind. The color he suggested was perfect - thank you, thank you!! Imagine if I had picked the wrong color and no one had the guts to correct me? Yikes!Additionally, my brother from VA was involved in the project and tends to complicate things beyond necessity, Tom dealt with him very tactfully and satisfied him as well - no easy feat let me tell you!The price we paid for the job was high, but the level of service and quality of the work was high too. In this case we got what we paid for!

They came when they said they would & were very responsive to questions.

They gave me a great estimate, I'm going to be using them to do the job. My interactions so far with them have been really good. They were very quick to respond when I posted the request for them to contact me as far as keeping their promise for dates and times and getting back to me. The reason I hired them, was because of the way they treated me so far.

The work is going slower than we thought it would. We first started talking to them in June. Their work is good but they just aren't as responsive. The quote was a lot more than we thought. It looks like they are doing a good job but they are not done. The business owner wouldn't pin down a date; he said it was on the horizon, which was annoying. They were good on their responsiveness initially. We want to see how they complete the job before we would commit to using them again.

Before I hired Lopco I had to paint my home aprox every two years, they were the only company that took the time to research my issues and come up with a solution, so far it has been 4 years and I have not had to pain my home or even touch up.

Lopco just finished repainting our entire house. The trim had been neglected for years and was a real mess. They did a meticulous job of prepping and really brought our house back to life. Nice guys (and a gal) on the crew. Finished on a decent schedule. Reasonable price. Tom was very responsive. They also powerwashed and re-sealed our deck as well as cleaned our gutters and installed these clever "Gutter brushes". Overall a great experience.

Went very well. Person arrived on time, did the job ordered and left in a timely fashion. Was very happy with the whole job.

My experience was excellent. Their service was excellent. One thing that I particularly liked is that he kept in constant contact with me throughout the whole process. He checks everything that his workers do and will make them do something over if he thinks it needs to be done better. During the last stages of the project, my friend noticed there seemed to be a little cracking of the paint. I called them and brought it to the owner, Tom’s attention and he came out and thoroughly looked at everything that had been painted. Then he had someone from the paint company come analyze the paint. They did some samples on the shed to see how it would hold up and it did fine, so they sent someone else to re-paint everything so that it was perfect.

They were very professional. They were very impressive. They came over twice. Their price was right in the ballpark, a little bit higher than the other companies may be a $100 higher. They were responsive and punctual. Their quote was very professional.

We're pleased to report that LOPCO has just successfully finished a multi-faceted project on our large Victorian home. A crew of talented, hard-working painters began their work around the end of September and they did everything and more than we'd planned by the end of October (which was no easy task, especially when you consider the unpredictable New England weather). This organization is top notch, never taking any short cuts, using the best materials, and attending to all the fine details. This is due to everyone working together from the owner Tom to his next in command Paul and onto the painters, carpenters, and other specialists who labored on this assignment... relentlessly reaching for perfection.

I called for estimate for power washing my house. The response was quick. Tom come to my house the next day to give me a estimate. They did a very good job and my house looks nice right now. I would use Lopco again and recommend this company to friends too.

We hired Lopco to paint our house. The trim needed significant repair, and replacement in some cases. During the prep work for the trim, they noticed fairly serious damage to the one section of the roof. The roof was replaced and reshingled. All the work they had done has held up perfectly and seems top rate. They did a thorough job of pressure washing the house, and with all of the trim prep work. The painting was done according to schedule in two coats. The neatness of the painting job was/is superb. The workmen always tucked their equipment away neatly in the corner of our yard. Apart from the wonderfully changed color of our house, there was no evidence that they had been there. No weird bits of house, tools, or detritus lying around. Lopco was always very professional (particularly Tom himself), did the work when they said they would, and in the time frame they said they would. I remain very pleased with everything they had done. Tom was responsive when any questions arose, and always very polite and professional. I would absolutely recommend Lopco to anyone.

I decided to go with someone else. I thought they were very good and the person who came out was excellent. I would probably have gone with them had their price been better. I will use them again in the future

The best part of this whole experience was dealing with the owner, Tom Lopatosky. HE made himself available at all times day or night weekends or holidays. everytime I called him he got right back to me within the hour usually within 5/10 minutes. He difinitely caters to his customers. Although he wasn't the lowest bidder for the contract I felt very comfortable dealing with him and was very satisfied with the job his company did. Even before he accepted the final payment he made sure I was totally satisfied with the finished product. He even went out of his way to tell me that if we encounted any problems in the future with the work his company performed that he would respond and rectify the problem.If you don't mind paying a little extra I am more then certain that anyone using Tom'scompany will be pleased with the work he performs. I would recommend Lopco too anyone needing work done to there home.

Very responsive and informative from the start. The owner/operator, Tom Lopotanski, personally reviewed work with us, called frequently to update the schedule, and followed through on all work. The crew was efficient, courteous and cleaned up after themselves. All work was done quickly and properly. Overall a very good experience; though the services were quite expensive, we feel that we got what we paid for.

I called the LOPCO office and received a phone call the same day to discuss the job. Tom asked me a few questions regarding the type of home and what power washing needed to be done. He provided a quote. I called him a couple days later to schedule the job. Tom told me that he would have a subcontractor do the work. I was given a set of instructions to prepare my home for power washing [e.g. remove screens, move the cars out of driveway, close all doors & windows, etc]. Given the forecast was rain, I called Tom to confirm the appointment and he said it was definitely something they could do in the rain. The subcontractor showed up as planned and did a wonderful job. He was very professional, courteous and completed the job in about 2 hours. My home had a few difficult spots to reach towards the top of the chimney and along the steep roof line; these were cleaned as well. He even washed my daughters small plastic house and my mailbox. I was very happy with the job and will use this company again in the future.

I was not able to afford the services of this company, but it is very professional and thorough. Wished they were a tad less expensive

obtained Lopco's number through Angie's List. I set up an appointment to have my back deck (length of back of house) and the back of the house (3 floors) power washed. They use subcontractors for power washing, and I had to make sure the deck was clear. The gentleman who came was terrific. He was on time, very pleasant, and very efficient. He did the work in about 2 hours. Very thorough. I'd recommend them again in a heartbeat. Very, very satisfied.

Tommy always communicated what and when things were being done. If rain was impacting his schedule he always communicated the changes to us. Tommy made sure the color matched what we had wanted. His crew showed up when he said they would and worked very hard. Tommy himself came by to follow up and make sure we were satisfied.
