Junk Removal

Be careful dealing with this company. They asked me to send them a picture of the debris to be removed and called me back with an estimate of $750 for the whole work. I explained to them there is a base that needs to be broken down and they said that this will be included in the estimate. An hour later they called me and they said that the whole amount will not fit in, but will be able to fit the majority of the debris and will give me an estimate for what is left. When they came I asked them to start working on the pile that needed to have the base broken down. They loaded only the loose pieces and left the base behind. When they started loading the truck they positioned the large pieces on an angle so there was a lot of space left underneath. I had to go and tell them to correct it, otherwise, there would have been space left for at least 1/6 f the truck not filled. Then they just got on the truck and got ready to leave, I asked - what about the estimate for the remaining debris? They told me - you need another full truck. I said - you told me you will be able to get the majority and will give me an estimate for what s left, not that I will need 2 trucks. They just left, not caring at all. I had an estimate form the Junk King for removing the same for $760, and they do not measure it by truck, so there are no tricks with trying to load it in a way to leave empty spaces. Definitely will not recommend working with them. They had n interest in trying to make it right, just took the money and left.

Mark and the Guy's at Anytime Junk Removal were true to their word. They were punctual courteous and professional. My wife has MS and they were sure to wear masks and took all necessary precautions to maintain social distancing while reviewing the job. They finished exactly on schedule and really did a great job. I would highly recommend them. After having three other company's show up either drunk or high it was refreshing to come accross real professionals such as Anytime Junk Removal. Thanks Guys!!!

Arrived on time and did a great job. 4 major appliances and no damage. Employees were very nice and personable. I would hire this company again.

Told us the total cost for a full truck was 750. Showed them what we needed to be removed, but that we were not sure of the total amount until my son-in-law sorted out what he wanted to keep while they were there. One small section was added to the estimate in case that is how much he wanted to be removed. She gave us a total price of 375 or half a truck. This included a rowing machine and possibly a treadmill. When done total cost was 790 which included 20 for air conditioner + 20 for the refrigerator. Treadmill and rower not removed more than half of questionable son-in-law stuff was removed original price of 375 way underestimated how much of truck would be filled. The truck was completely filled indicating the initial estimate was way off.

Couldn't come on the day scheduled, but let us know about their ETA pretty constantly.

We had a couple of heavy pieces of furniture to remove, among some other stuff, and Raymond and Mark did a great job taking them away, at a fair price. There was a tight fit for getting a couch through a door and they handled it fine without damaging the doorway. They were punctual, friendly, strong, careful, and had great attitudes!

These two men were prompt, courteous and hard working! They took care of my large pile of unwanted junk in a short time and worked hard for me. It was a pleasure to hire them because exceeded my expectations. Showed up on time, ready to work and had a great professional attitude!! Exemplary company. Thanks!

The two young men were very polite. James hired the perfect guys for his company. I would hire them again. They were quick in removing the junk. Do not hesitate in hiring this company. Their rates were very reasonable.

They were very professional and friendly and did the rather large job quickly. They called to ask if they could come earlier in the day than planned and were right on time. I hope I never amass such a large amount of stuff to get rid of again, but if I do I would definitely reach out to them again.

Prompt and respectful

I called and they were here the following morning to remove an old couch. They were helpful and courteous. I will call them again.

The Anytime Junk crew of James,Ray, Tommy and Ben were very prompt and courteous as well as efficient with their time. I was contacted soon after I researched their company and a date was set for starting the job. I was told to expect a call at a specific time and the crew arrived within the time discussed. They evaluated the area to be cleaned of debris and gave me a price quote and this did not change. They removed trash, a fridge and freezer as well as old tools, papers and furniture. Before the crew left, they swept debris from the floor. I highly recommend this business and I am very pleased with the results.
