They were incredibly fast. There were a few areas that were hard to reach but they did an excellent job. We’re very friendly and professional. I would use them again!

My one complaint is that the company appears to have sent a subcontractor, Rooter Man, that normally works on plumbing issues. They weren't really prepared to move a heavy sleeper sofa that even professional movers had difficulty getting in the house. Ultimately, they had to saw all the legs off to get the couch out. I have no complaints about the service - the guys did a great job with a difficult assignment - but I would have appreciated the job being given to people with more experience hauling bulky furniture. Of course, I also blame myself for not having communicated that this project would likely need a higher level of experience.

I called Ed at Anytime Junk and he answered the phone immediately without my having to leave a message. I told him that I needed to dispose of a loveseat, mattress and box spring from my Mom's apartment as she was going into a nursing home and those were the items that were not in good enough condition to donate. Ed gave me a day and time of between 8 am to 11 am two days from the day I called him. We confirmed in the morning and he said it would be closer to 11. Rick, his driver, arrived soon after 10 but had to wait for additional help until about 10:45. When help arrived they moved quickly and had the job done in less than 10 minutes! Both were extremely nice gentleman, very polite and courteous! Ed should be proud that his company is being well represented! With a handshake and a smile they were off and I was left feeling that I could scratch one more thing off my "to do" list! I would call them again if I am ever in the situation again. Price was fair; service was efficient and I was compelled to write this review within 15 minutes of their leaving.

The young men did a thorough job and were very organized in their approach to a difficult job including taking hundreds of medical folders out of file cabinets and putting the contents in special containers for shredding.
