+ 0 moreI have had this company Greenworks for several years service my lawn. They wouldn't give me a schedule when asked several times of when they intend to show up! They show up weeks if not a month late for treatments! As a result I now have grubs! The owner Johnathan blames their delay in treatments on the lack of workers. That may be, but it has been going on for years before Covid. I would always have to call them and get their answering service. I could never get anyone to answer that works for the company. I would request that the owner call me back because of my frustration and I would get the guy that comes out and puts the treatment down instead and he would say that he would be out in a few days! I almost always had to call them just for them to show up. This was an on going automatic service. It felt like I had to call them most of the time to remind them about me!! But that is his problem as the business owner to find staff or come out and treat lawns himself! Maybe he had too many customers and was not able to provide the service promised!!! They now have one less customer!! That is just bad management! I would not recommend this company and I have friends that have Greenworks service and they agree with my assessment and are moving on to other lawn care service providers.

+ -1 moreCalled many times to get them to adress the problem. Just ignored my calls. Finally terminated the service and asked for my money back. Still waiting for my money back
Description of Work: Burn up my most of my lawn with over application of ferilizer. Second time in 3 years. Cost me $400 to reseed and water. I have pictures showing a very distinct square pattern of damage demonstarting that this was not just my imagination or exaggeration as they claim.

+ -1 moreI HAVE NEVER MET THEM BEFORE, BECAUSE THEY JUST DO THE WORK AND LEAVE. AS FAR AS I CAN TELL, THEY DO A GOOD JOB ON THE LAWN. I HAVE NEVER NOTICED THEM SKIPPING A TREATMENT BEFORE, SO I THINK THEY ARE PRETTY RELIABLE. THEY SEEM REASONABLE IN PRICE.
