+ -1 moreHe was very nice and came highly recommended by a few trustworthy people. I definitely think that he would have done a wonderful job but I went with another contractor due to his price and unresponsiveness. I chose my rating due to the following reasons: He was not prompt in returning my calls. The first time he scheduled a meeting for an estimate he did not call or show up. The following day I called him and was unable to reach him or leave a message because his voice mail was full. I finally reached him a few days later. At that time we rescheduled the meeting.
Description of Work: Remove existing kitchen tile and sub floor. Install hardiboard and new tile. His price did not include the cost of the new tile.
