DONE-RIGHT PLASTERING

This is the 2nd time we have used Done-Right Plastering. The first job was an entire bedroom/bathroom blue board and plaster. They did an excellent job. The 2nd job consisted of skim coating plaster over horsehair walls in a bedroom. They made the walls look new! These guys are great and I highly recommend them!

Outstanding. Was a small job so scheduling was around when he had staff in the area on another project, but there was no rush. Actual work was flawless, undetectable match job. Very neat in work area. Pleasure to work with these guys.

Ray squeezed my job in his very busy schedule. He came out and gave us an estimate. I told him it was imperative that the job be completed by a particular date. He came and installed sheet rock and plastered with a smooth surface. He surprised us by also doing the front entry! They cleaned up the area when they were through. The job was completed in one day. I would definitely use his company again.

The job was done on time when it was time to replace the ceiling as part if the remodel. The blend work between existing dining room and new kitchen ceilings was perfect to the point where you cannot find the seam. I even asked him about previous water damage around a light fixture in the living room and he advised just painting instead of him doing the work. I painted and can't tell the difference, and I appreciated his honesty instead of seeing him try to take a job he felt I could on my own. He did work on my parents' house, too, and did a great job there. It was a high slanted ceiling and plastered several cracks where you can't tell where they were anymore. I definitely recommend Ray and his company.

Ray and Ray were both incredibly helpful and professional with all aspects of getting the job done. My expectations were exceeded by how quickly I was able to schedule the job. They were even further exceeded by the job quality and by the cleanup process. Ray was great to work with and I would definitely do business with this company again.

Ray got the crew in quickly after the estimate. We removed all light fixtures before the job started and the work crew took care of the rest. The entire job was done in one day. At least four or five men showed up to work on the job. The crew showed up on time and were communicative about their needs (turn outside water source on, access to back door). All floors and furniture were covered well and the job was done promptly by five. The cleanup was sufficient, although with all the plastering in the house there was some that missed the final cleaning, e.g some dust made it to the bathroom and floors in the adjacent room, but this was minor. Most importantly, the ceilings look outstanding! Compared to the old, ugly, non-professionally made portuguese swirl style ceilings, the rooms look much bigger and brighter. Ray took time to emphasize we needed to wait for the ceilings to cure before they could be painted, and I got the same message from the guys who performed the work, giving me an accurate date when the painting could start. I would definitely use Ray again for my future ceiling work.

The entire experience of having these ceilings done was GREAT!!! After the initial meeting, I was assured I would get an estimate within the week..and I did. The work was agreed upon, the crew arrived on the agreed date and time, and got right to work. My ceilings look fabulous!!! I would recommend this company to anyone!!

From start to finish it was a great experience. The men came in, got to work and were out in a day...great job!

Very responsive from the estimate through scheduling and finishing the job. The project conditions were not ideal since we put our kitchen cabinets in before the ceiling was done so they did not have a choice, but to butt the plaster up to the top of the cabinets. They did the best they could given what they had to work with. They covered everything in the kitchen and closed off the room from others so I was amazed at how clean it was when they left. The men were very professional and I would definitely hire again. I wish they would remove the fans/lights and put back up and offer painting to a smooth finish, but obviously this was not a deciding factor for us since we still went with them over other companies that offered this.

I contacted Ray to replace two old damaged popcorn ceilings with a new smooth flat finish ceiling. He came to my home on time to give me a price for the work. He vas very professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions without rushing and gave me a very reasonable price. On the day we scheduled the work to be done, his crew arrived as planned. They were also very professional and nice. They kept the house neat and cleaned up after themselves. They finished the job on time and the ceilings came out better than expected! Great job!!! I highly recommend them and will definitely hire them again to do more work in the future!

In the midst of a painting job, our contractor found significant damage to the plaster in one room. Ray came out immediately, and had the work done the next day. We were thrilled. What could have been a real hurdle in the midst of a big project was handled professionally and was a value. Ray was unbelievably responsive and we would use him again in a heartbeat.
