The positives is they’re highly communicative, the garage doors look great too. My issue is one of the doors will not open, the lock on the inside is not lined up either. I’ve contacted them but they won’t commit to an appointment. I’ve read similar reviews. The tech was two hours late for the install. He worked hard by himself for a good part of the day. He did leave a mess including a empty ice coffee I purchased for him. Currently, I have no access to one of my garage bays. They were paid close to $5,000 for two MANUAL garage doors. If nobody comes out, I’ll hire someone else & take them to small claims.

Very well! Eli and Matt replaced the broken springs and cables, and then tuned up the whole system. Nice job, very friendly and professional.

Eli came a few hours after I called and was quick to assess and address the issue and replaced/readjusted my door so that it was functional again. He and his coworker were efficient and friendly.

Well they changed the door that was fine. But he left the old door and all its pieces with cardboard from new door. and the stairs aren't right . hes had a 100 excuses why he hasn't come back as taking the door away was part of the services. My fault for payin this guy up front

Eli was the first one to respond. He did put the garage door on time. Within he had to come back due to malfunction of sensor and then again few days later for faulty opener. He replaced the different opener gladly with lifetime warranty from his side. He is really punctual and strict to his words . I gave him excellent rating. He also did tune up with no extra charge

I hired the this company to initially to tune up the garage door which was noisy. The guy came tuned up & replaced all rollers. He also noticed that the noise which was coming from my 1994 garage door opener which was chain based and due to motor. He advised me to replace opener. I took his suggestion and decided to replace the garage door opener which is LiftMaster 8550W belt based at an EXTREMELY reasonable price. He did not charge me for tune up visit and only charged to replace the garage door opener (for which he had to visit me next day). Looking at my old garage door he also replaced all hinges for no additional cost.. Now, my garage door opens like a breeze. I must say that the workmanship was high quality. During the process, I was informed and he took his time to explain in detail. I would surely recommend!!
