We didn't end up having a company do the move out cleaning, but Jason deserves props for his business's attitude. I called after hours and left a message, but received a call shortly after to let me know someone would contact me on Monday. Sure enough, Jason called Monday morning to discuss needs and price. We didn't use any cleaner this time, but Jason will be the first one we call when we do need one!

Cleaning was basically done well. Attention to detail was lacking because nothing was put back where it belonged. This included pieces of furniture. While it was agreed for the crew to try arrive by an earlier time, they didn't which meant I had to leave while they were working. The head of the crew was told to lock the house when they were done. I arrived back after they had left and found the front door unlocked. I was livid. Again, no care and no attention to detail. I called the supervisor and he offered to come back for a complimentary second "light" cleaning. I chose not to take this offer simply because I didn't trust them.

They were terrific! They showed up on time, everyone was friendly and positive, and everything turned out great.

I am disappointed with this cleaning service that I tried because of Angie's List A+ reviews. I feel I did not receive the exact services that I was promised and that I paid for. Good news first: I had a wonderful initial meeting with Jason Tammelleo and a lovely in-house visit by the supervisor early on during the cleaning process before I was aware of any problems. Jason promised that the radiators would be cleaned, that the wooden floors would be cleaned with a Lysol solution, and agreed that the ceilings and walls would be cleaned using a vinegar/Dawn solution that I provided instead of TSP. After meeting with him, I was very hopeful of a good outcome. Bad news: First, I had to ask the bathroom cleaning person to re-do cleaning under the toothbrush holder that was caked with old toothpaste and grime. She had only wiped the top of it. The cleaners did not use Lysol mixture on the wooden floors as Jason told me, but used Murphy's oil soap which left a bit of a scum. Then when the cleaners were finished and getting ready to leave, I noticed all the radiators were still filthy and caked with dust and dander. I showed the lead cleaner and she said they couldn't clean the radiators because the mop head they had was too large to fit in the slats and they did not have any other tool they could use. Then they left. I had to go to Ace hardware and purchase a radiator brush and worked on the radiators myself until they were free of dust. I was upset that the cleaners arrived without the correct tool to do the job that I specifically requested, that was promised to me and that I paid for. Also, I found out after they had left, that the tops of ALL the window casings, doors, and french doors throughout the house were completely missed and had lots of dust and grime. Again, I had to clean these myself. The cleaning women themselves were very lovely and pleasant, so I gave them a tip, but overall was very disappointed that I did not receive the exact services that I was told I was getting and that I paid for.

That was very good. I had to pay about 200 extra dollars. They do a good job. I found it to be a good cleaning service.

They come every two weeks to maintain. They are very professional and considerate of my elderly mother.

I've been with them for several years now. I've been using them for three years now. They come every two weeks. They're reliable and flexible, if you have to cancel and switch a day, they'll do that. They are accommodating.The women are very friendly but very professional in their services.

Great. Rep came to house to see exactly what we wanted. I felt this was better than talking to people over the phone since by coming to the property you were sure that they knew what exactly you wanted done. Therefore when the price was quoted it was no guessing.

A lovely lady arrived ahead of time to estimate the job. She was very thorough in her inspection. She was very detailed in what would and would not be done in the job. When the girls arrived, they were VERY prompt and polite. When we returned to close up the house we found it SPOTLESS! The girls did an excellent job. I can't praise them highly enough. I HIGHLY recommend them and will use them again.

I was very happy with the cleaning today. The team was very punctual and did exactly what I needed done including the oven and fridge. They were very respectful of a noise constraint we have and still got the work done quickly and well. We are in the middle of re-arranging so the house was pretty cluttered with piles everywhere. They were very game about working around this with the instructions I gave them. The house is so calm and relaxing now that they are finished.

I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of the entire staff. Heidi gave me a date, Jen called me with a time. The crew was on time and a pleasure to meet. Every aspect was done expertly. The house was immaculate when the crew departed, the countertops looked new again, the bathroom was literally spotless and the floors looked new again. I will be contracting with Heidi and Choice One again, without a doubt, for our future needs.. Customer service is also an A+ with their follow up.

Very very good. They come in an a crew and get in and out quick but with through and great results. Management very good with special requests etc. Easy choice to use them.

We had a group of 4 women come to the home for ~7 hours and had them do a top to bottom clean. We have a larger home which pushed the price pretty high, but we were very happy with the results and are looking forward to them coming out each month to help us maintain things going forward.

Choice 1 did an excellent job cleaning. They arrived with a whole team of people and got right to work. They are experienced at their craft and made the house clean all the way around. The house is back in great shape again thanks to their help.

This was a $279 big deal purchase. They are a company I used once before last year. I was very happy with their service last time which is why I chose to use them again. This time they still did a good job but we were not as outstandingly impressed as last year. They had three people come out for three hours. That is, maybe, part of why we were not as pleased as last time because there was a little bit on of confusion. Last summer when they came out they ended up staying a little longer than we paid for, partly because we bought some additional services from them and partly because the people just stayed until they had completed the job as they thought was needed. This year they asked to come out to the house prior to doing the work for an assessment, which we did. They recommended that we purchase additional time and we agreed to purchase the additional time. Then when they came their people completed it within three hours and left. So some of the communication was not as good as we had hoped. Also it did not feel like they did the same kind of all out deep cleaning. They did sort of a good cleaning but we discovered some corners that were not gotten and that kind of thing. In general we were pleased with their service, they did a good job, it is just that last summer we were just blown away by how thorough and committed they were. This summer it was like the communication wasn't really great and it felt like they did not quite completed the cleaning that we were expecting. It was well done, the people that came were pleasant and they did a nice job. I just would not give them an outstanding A like I did last year. Part of the deal we bought was for reoccurring service so we have had them come back one time for a monthly service, but based on this experience we would be less than likely to use them again in the future.

Very well. In these days when everyone promises anything and many times deliver nothing, Choice 1 Cleaning was a breath of fresh air (no pun intended).

Representatives came out ahead of time to look over what needed to be done. They were very efficient and friendly. We set up for the work to be done in one week. Over the weekend they called to confirm. Arrived on Monday while we were at work. Came home to a very clean home. There was considerable dust on furniture and the floors. No dust, walls wiped, bathroom cleaned and floors done. We were very pleased with the results. Would recommend and use their service again.
