They came in and cleaned our new home that we just purchased after it had not been lived in for 2 years. Did a great job and was able to do job quick! Would deff recommend to friends and family!

The crew of four arrived on time, and in three hours had the place sparkling. They were careful with our things, thorough (tops of door frames, behind radiators, etc), and courteous. I am entirely satisfied and plan to have them come back again.

Carets were stained heavily in 1 bedroom. They did the best that was possible.

They were quick but didn't overlook anything. They seemed to find every spot and completely clean it. One room had an older carpet and it is the best it looked in years.

They were very professional. They brought in special air filters that were left on overnight, and did several wipe downs. The house never had such a deep clean!

I will not use another company to clean my furniture and carpets again! I was promptly contacted by the owner to arrange the appointment for the following day - even accommodating my need for an appointment after work. The technician arrived promptly and was very professional and courteous. I had a badly soiled cream couch and 2 area rugs that were very spotted and somewhat unpleasant smelling in need of cleaning. The technician was meticulous and spent nearly 90 minutes in my home. The results were amazing! My 10-year-old cream couch looks practically new and the rugs are spot-free and odorless. My expectations for the couch were very low - it had been cleaned by another company the year before. That technician spent about 10 minutes cleaning me and told me that the poor results were due to the couch's age. I almost never write reviews, but I felt compelled in this case - it is so rare that a service experience so thoroughly exceeds my expectations. I will definitely use their services again!

Lisa and her two assistants did a wonderful job. They were prompt, did exactly what we wanted and left our home clean, shinning and done expertly. The office staff was pleasant and welcoming and the price was very reasonable.

Naturally the contractor took longer than expected! ChoiceOne was cleaning while the contractor was wrapping up. My only negative was that one of the cleaning people kept working on cleaning the dishwasher which I asked her to stop repeatedly, advising her that the appliance was being replaced the following day. The old dishwasher was spotless, while the top surface of the kitchen cabinets had a layer of grease and dust which I would have rather she focused on instead of me doing it later when I discovered it! I was still overall very pleased.

They did a decent job cleaning BUT they broke my vacuum and were pretty rough on my house. We found the vacuum broken (they never told us) and we fixed it and asked them to use their own going forward. Two visits later, I noticed the power head off the power wand and a different attachment on the power wand. The attachments had their own wand but they didn't use it. I also noticed gouges on my doors and chips on my wall paint. We emailed them pictures of the damage and the vacuum with the wrong attachments. The response was inadequate. We cancelled service.

I have been using Choice 1 for regular monthly house cleanings for about two years. Their 3-4 person teams do a thorough, professional job and always show when promised. Jen in the office is always personable and professional, and sends an email with approximate time of arrival a day prior to service. On the few instances where an issue arose, they have been quick and eager to provide a resolution. It’s a well-oiled operation, and I highly recommend them.

After my previous cleaning service failed to show one too many times, I needed to find someone dependable, and decided to give Choice 1 Cleaning a try. Since I live close to the office, the owner Jason dropped by in the morning to run through the house and give me a price for general cleaning every 2 weeks. It was a bumpy start, when the team accidentally broke a hand-made spoon rest, but the company handled it apologetically and professionally, with quick and fair compensation. Jennifer emails me the day before every cleaning with an approximate time of arrival, so I can plan my day. It's been a few months since I hired, them, and I am happy with the result. The team (2 or 3) is always polite, professional and reliable, and the house always looks great. The office staff is friendly and accommodating. Their price is higher than my last service, but they are always there when they say they will be, and there are no surprises. Highly recommend!
