Excellent work force, they did a great job.

The ladies were very nice. I was not happy with the windows that I had to pay $10 each for. I had to go back myself to finish cleaning each window they did. I feel like they were rushing a lot to try to get to the other job they were scheduled for , which didn’t allow them enough time to do a great job as promised. Although they ended missing the other job , they still rushed , and skip on mopping the baby ‘a room. I paid $50 for the stove , and I had to clean the from door of the oven myself after they left. They worked really hard nonstop. They just need to improve their quality.

My rug came out great. It was a cream shag area rug. Very dirty and smelled of urine from my puppy. It sat in my garage for about a year. I thought I would give it a shot and have it cleaned and I was glad I did. Looks and smells great. I highly recommend them to anyone! DS

Excellent! very professional, did all expected and requested, celling fans and stove come out amazing along with all baths. 8 rooms, 3 full baths and I added 18 windows and wells additional cost.(180$) Well worth it! Excellent service! Responsive, attentive and professional. Jen made every effort to stay in touch (phone & text) to keep me apprised of scheduling. Team-leader, Stephanie, and her crew were on-task, hard-working, knowledgeable, and personable. Stephanie reviewed the job with me beforehand and explained work done, in detail, when complete. Jason, the rug service tech, was just as thorough in his performance and summary of work done.

Let me start by saying that Jen was excellent to talk and deal with, never really knew what to expect first time had copies done, Jason was the technician that came out to assess the carpets he was on time very professional and great to deal with made sure that you were happy before he left and did he get everything done that you asked, if anyone does need to be a cop it’s done I would suggest to call Jen and her team they are excellent again thank you very much.

Very well. Scheduling with Jen is a delight. Each cleaning involves 3-4 technicians inclusive of a team leader. The house has been left spotless each time, and since I’ve been home for each appointment I’ve been able to see what they are doing. Along with what is expected, they clean baseboards and doors!

First of all, let me start by saying Jen was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Price was fantastic for the work that as done. Getting ready to put a house on the market and the Choice 1 team cleaned an empty 3 bedroom ranch from top to bottom, including 1 and a half bathrooms, and appliances in and out. As usual the team arrived on time and did a thorough job. Moved the furniture and appliances, got in the corners and on top of the cabinets, and so on. I’m very pleased and will call them again.

V happy with Andre’s prompt reply and professionalism by his crew including spouse part of the team n paying attention to minute details. Absolutely no complaints and I will rehire them. They are the best and worth it! A professional team comes weekly as promised. Even on bad snow days they arrived. They have spot check -ins from their supervisor which I like. They also offer other services like furniture and carpet cleaning. I like that is is a family local business. Stacy

We have been using Choice 1 Cleaning for over 6 years now. They do an outstanding job. We used several cleaning services prior to hiring Choice and not one was consistent from week to week, that is until we hired Choice 1. They have never disappointed us. The staff is professional both in appearance and they way they conduct themselves. They have NEVER been late, not once in 6 years. The staff works hard and does an excellent job everytime. We highly recommend Choice 1 Cleaning - you wont be disappointed.

The staff at Choice 1 Cleaning is excellent. They are careful, efficient and respectful. They arrive on time and depending on the size of the crew (2-4 people) they are very time efficient. They are very responsive to special requests and have an agreeable attitude. The staff seems happy and that is a testament to the company leadership. I recommend Choice 1 Cleaning very highly.

Absolutely horrible! The person I spoke to originally on the phone to book the appointment, was absolutely wonderful, professional, and explained the exact services That I should expect to receive! I have had no problem at all with the person I booked the appointment with! The price for what I was supposed to get seemed very reasonable! I came home approximately 30 minutes after they left, and my house was cleaner than I left it for sure, but they absolutely did not do what was promised! I walked in and saw and took pictures of, clumps of dust and dog hair, used a damp cloth because of what I discovered just by walking in, and have pictures of filth and grime that was promised to be cleaned! My house in the first place was not filthy, it shouldn’t of been that difficult ! I also walked into my Furniture completely rearranged!! And the expected services that I clearly asked them to do, were not performed at all! The only reason this company Received a poor rating on their price, Was because they didn’t do anything at all that I wouldn’t normally have done on a Saturday afternoon in 30 minutes by myself! If they have performed the job they described they were going to give me, the price would’ve definitely been an A! I absolutely would never hire this company again to do any work for me whatsoever! The people that cleaned my home and the so-called supervisor or team leader, should be Disgusted with their work ethic! The photos that I posted are Pictures that I took approximately 30 minutes after they left!

Choice 1 is the best rug cleaning service I have ever used. Jason went over and above. My rugs haven't been cleaned in a long time and they came out looking brand new. I brought new furniture and still can't believe what an amazing job he did. Thank you Jen for being so wonderful and thank you Jason for everything. They did a great job. The initial response was prompt, an appointment was scheduled quickly and the team that arrived was professional and thorough. The job was not an easy one, since our last tenants left the property extremely dirty, but when the team left these areas were sparkling! Thank you for a great experience.

They did a really nice job cleaning my house. They cleaned all surfaces and even cleaned the ceiling fans. Bathroom looked great! They have done such a nice job that I have them coming once a month to clean.

Very well. Lots of extra costs for extra cleaning services but they are very upfront in this regard.

Jason Jr. was very professional and did an outstanding job. I asked for some business cards to give to my friends because I was so impressed with the work. Carpet on stairs going from first floor to second were poorly done Carpet is only two years old Carpet now has dark highlights. Some stains remain. Chair upholestry still looks soiled Techician left dirty rags on the parking lot.Also appears to have dumped the dirty water on the parking lot
