It went very well. Jason was easy to get in touch with and gave me an estimate immediately for a cleaning of one unit of a two family house that I own. The place was a mess because the tenant was an absolute slob and her cats made the apartment smell disgusting and made any contractor that I sent in there for fixing things gag. Jason's crew was able to get the awful smell out and make it shine inside.

I have used. Choice 1 Cleaning LLC about a year and a half ago. They cleaned upholstery and carpeting for us. They were very thorough. They did a great job, everything looked really nice. They put everything back the furniture that they had to move. I was very satisfied with them.

I hired Jason and his team to do a move-in cleaning. Jason came to my house prior to cleaning and checked what had to be done, asked what I expected, and gave me an exact fee. I did ask him to do several other projects at the same time which he readily agreed to. On the day of the cleaning he and his 3 team members arrived at the appointed time and immediately began the work. I remained in the house while they cleaned and was really impressed! The team was efficient, thorough and my house looks great! I had also hired them to clean my daughter's house for her birthday and she was equally impressed! I now plan to have them on a regular basis. I highly recommend Jason and his company! By the way, they actually came on a Saturday!

After calling around and getting NO responses from other cleaners, it was refreshing to hear from Jason at Choice 1 Cleaning only a short while after I emailed him. They have been very responsive and communicative, which has been very much appreciated. The team did a fantastic job and really managed to dust and clean all those hard to reach places that are often missed. It was so nice to come home to a clean house and carpets! They did such a great job that we decided to have them come back for maintenance cleanings on a bi-weekly basis. I highly recommend the team at Choice 1 Cleaning.

The owner, a delightful eager to please, and knowledgeable man came out to assess my house and determine a price. He was a little unsure about the time it would take to get things done the way I wanted. He suggested we try the first day a few hours and see how much time is required. He was very professional and described exactly how his business is run. The owner is encouraged to call the office if there is a problem and you are not satisfied. This saves the owner having to be the boss with the crew. That was never an issue for my house. 3 people came to clean the next week. Worked steadily with no breaks, very efficient, very thorough, very good. They were friendly but didn't stop cleaning to "chat" with me or each other. After the first day They asked me to do an inspection of their work. I found everything to be sparkling. They cleaned all the bathrooms, washed the walls and floors. Vacuumed everywhere. Dusted all my furniture. Polished all the furniture. Took out the trash. Straightened up each room. Changed my bed. Folded towels and clothes. Cleaned windows. It took less time than they had originally thought, so the price per week has gone down from the estimated price. They were so good, I have booked them weekly. I received one ca;; to let me know they were running an hour late. Very thoughtful.

I can't say enough good things about them. They did a phenomenal job and worked very hard; dusting in places I would not have thought of. They stuck to business and did not take breaks.

They come in every month. I got them off of Angie's List. I am going to use them again in the future.

I recently purchased a new home and I called Choice 1 ,they were great from the start.Very profesional, reliable,and they did exactly what they said for a fair price..I will have them back for maid service evey week!!!
