We have had Choice1Cleaning coming to clean our house for about 2 months. We always get a confirmation email the day before and the time they will be coming. If you need to be away from the house when they are coming you can set everything up so that will not be a problem. Even changing your cleaning day can be done with 2 days notice. We find them very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. The team that arrives on cleaning day is supplied with notes on your home and your requests so if someone on the team is new to your house that day they still know exactly what to do. A supervisor often comes by to check in with the team (the team is 4-5 friendly well-trained cleaners). They do a great job!

I called in to their office and within an hour I had someone inspecting my home for a quote. They were able to schedule my cleaning on the upcoming Saturday. They sent a team of very professional ladies who did an unbelievable job. Before they left the team leader asked me to walk around and inspect their work to make sure we were completely satisfied. I have used various cleaning companies in the past and not one has ever left such a great impression. Then the next day the rep who had given me the quote followed up with a call to make sure everything went well. Very impressive.

Choice 1 Cleaning Only choose this cleaning service if you will not be home while they clean. I found this services on Angies List and I would have to say, beware! They portended to want to know any areas that has not been covered to cover better the next time. After only coming to my house 5 times they sent me an e-mail saying they would not be back and that they normally only clean places where there is no one home. There was one young girl who only spoke Spanish by the name of Lexi who was a very bad cleaner each time she came. Lexi had been here before and done a subpar job on the bathroom and upon arriving at the last cleaning here proceeded to spray Pledge on the leather of the leather and wood chair. I cleaned it up and suggested to Jamie, the team leader, that it may not make sense for Lexi to return. Later in the hour I found various puddles of dust in the places that Lexi had theoretically cleaned in my bedroom, pointed them out to Jamie and cleaned them myself. At the end of the cleaning day Jamie told me that the staff of Choice 1 Cleaning are trained to clean around objects not lift them up for cleaning unless client specifically gives the OK. I gave Jamie and the company the OK to pick things up for cleaning in the future and she said she would put that in the records. After only 5 cleanings with different teams each time, I was under the impression we were still in the stage of getting clear on particulars. The teams that come to your house change all the time and each team that has been here has taken my print out of cleaning products and procedures back with them each time telling me that it goes in some kind of book for others to refer to yet each time I am printing it out again. Yet, each time a team arrives they seem to know nothing and I print out the sheet again and go over the specifics. We use only ?green? predicts for cleaning. Later that day I received an e-mail saying ?another company might be better suited to me?. When I then called Choice 1 Cleaning they were shocked that Jamie, the team leader, had told me they are trained to only clean around things.

Their customer service was over the top. Not what I expected after dealing with some other cleaning people. Well done! This was the 3rd time they were out.

Overall Choice One was great they decended on our home with six people and they all seemed generally happy to be her. The house was cleaned from top to bottom and they were very thorough and worked around us which was very much appreciated. They were not the cheapest cleaning service but we were very happy with end results!

Jason's team spent an entire day cleaning our home after construction was completed. They cleaned all the windows, floors moldings, inside/outside cabinets, etc. They did a great job of getting rid of all the sawdust that kept settling. When I called and questioned some dust I saw on the floors, Jason immediately went to the house to check and sent another crew to go over the floors again. Excellent service!!

We live in a ranch house, so the main floor is about 3000 sq ft. The 3-woman crew cleaned the entire area in 2-3 hours After they were done, my granite countertops had a sparkle like never before, and the house felt clean - some cleaning companies I have had, you can't tell the difference. The whole company is very professional, with enough manpower to staff the office, scheduling, and work crews, so there is always someone to call. The actual cleaning crew pays attention to detail - even my countertop coffee maker got a thorough cleaning! - and works quickly and effectively. The office is very accommodating, and they give their prices up front and stick to them. I initially had the "deep cleaning", which cost more but was worth it, and from now on I will use this company every month. Thank you very much!

They did a great job, the apartment people said it was cleaner than new.

I love, love, love these women! They are attentive and professional, and detail oriented. Best of all they seem to truly enjoy their work and take pride in it. If you want people to come through your house with a leaf blower to clean it, then by all means hire someone cheeper! I feel it is worth paying extra; you get what you pay for.

Jason, the owner, came and gave me a quote after carefully inspecting every room of my house and asking me what I did and did not want. He was very professional and a lot of fun! The crew cleaned baseboards, molding, dusted, floor by hand, and basically cleaned the entire house. I was very impressed with how they cleaned my kitchen cabinets and checked with me constantly to make sure my standards were met. The icing on the cake was when the team leader had me go through every room with her to make sure everything was up to my standards. I'm very pleased with their service and will be having them clean every four weeks.

They were near the lowest price of the four companies I checked out for this service, - and the job they did was incredible!! I can't imagine any other company even for much more money doing any better of a job. This home was empty for over 2.5 years and when they were done it was cleaner than when we left it 2.5 years ago. I met with Tara and Jason prior to the clean and went over both jobs. I pointed out the areas that were to be cleaned in the apartment halls. I let them know what I wanted done for the house and the purpose was for a lead inspection where they take dust wipes on window sills and other surfaces. I was told they would wipe down all dust and clean. Since we had wood floors done they considered it a post construction clean for $500.00. I specifically requested cleaning in the window joint since I had read that is where dust can fall from on opening. Although there was dust the wood floor person had used a very good vacuum system on his flooring equipment and we had cleaned as we went along. On the day of arrival I called to find out where the crew was as it was 9:45 and I was given a 9:15 arrival time. They arrived a few minutes later. Upon arrival I showed them the areas to be cleaned and they started in the apartment hallways. I gave them access to a vacant unit which had just been painted. There was some miscommunication with the main office as I was asked if they had to remove the paint tape so I clarified that they were only supposed to be cleaning the hallways. This cleaning was done sufficiently with the miss of a window and one light fixture above the stairs.. They moved to the house. I was asked to check work several times and the one area on the windows that I had discussed had to be cleaned was missed on inspection and needed to be done in about 4 windows. There was a window joint area on one sill that still had visible paint dust/flakes and an area behind a bedroom door with dust that I discovered t when I went back before the lead inspection. This is picky of me but it placed my inspection at risk and given the price, the fact that I was clear about the purpose of the inspection, and the lack of other debris and furniture in the house I expected more. The main office inquired on the quality of the clean and I told them it was okay but there were things missed. They offered to come back but for me this didn't work since I had the lead inspector coming in an hour. I should have checked while they were there but this was a highly reccommended professional cleaning company. I was explicit about the reason for the cleaning. I had several emails after the fact which emphasized that I should have checked their work but I was after first time right. I would not recommend a post construction clean, For other cleans use your own judgment but this was just not worth the money.

They did an amazing job. Those cobwebs didn't stand a chance....everyone worked very hard, and no one left until it was done. Bathrooms, walls, ceilings, floors, ceiling fans, even the inside of the microwave were cleaned. They were there about 6 hours all together. The staff were all very hard working and they were pleasant to each other as well as to me (and my dog!!!).

Incredible. I really don't know how they made money on the deal. I called one day on my lunch hour. They came that night to go through what I wanted to get done (thorough cleaning of a 3 bedroom, 1 bath house). That Saturday they had three women there for a total of five hours. Couldn't believe it. Scrubbed my hard to wash kitchen floor on their hands and knees. Took all the mold an mildew out of the tub. Got rid of cobwebs, wiped down appliances and even the exhaust fan in the shower. An incredible job. Changed the sheets, Even put the dried flowers in the shower for a quick clean and then put them in the sun to dry. I have one room with carpet so the owner came and spot treated and deep cleaned that, too! I was going to tear up the carpet b/c I thought it was beyond saving, but he saved it. Overall an incredible experience and, for $300, I'd do it again in the spring. I can't say enough good things about this experience.

Jen from Choice 1 contacted me within hours of submitting an inquiry. She and Jason visited my home the next day and provided a very reasonable quote ($250 for approximately 2100 sq. ft, first time "spring cleaning"). The team did an amazing job on the day of the cleaning. Floors, countertops, rugs, bathrooms, etc. were all immaculate. They did not miss a nook in the entire home. I have already signed on for biweekly cleanings, and I believe their recurring prices are very reasonable as well ($120 biweekly). Excellent company!!

I liked several things about this company. First, the owner contacted me right away once I made contact. I felt like I was being listened to in regards to exactly what I needed done and did not feel rushed or placated at all. Second, I was impressed with the overall professional approach they took with me and felt safe having the workers in my house when I was not home. They came to my house in small SUV's that had there logo & business information on them. That may sound like a small issue, but I have had other services show up with beat up cars or vehicles that don't represent a professional cleaning service as they do.Third, they did an impeccable job. My house still looks like a million dollars! I asked for a thorough cleaning & thats what I got. There were many other things that I liked about this company that will make it easy for me to use them whenever I have housecleaning or other cleanup needs. This is a service business that has there stuff together.

They've been very responsive. I can't think of anything that's been a problem. They're very nice. They send enough people to get the job done. They did an excellent job doing a whole house cleaning.

I thought the girls did and excellent job and the house was very clean when they finished. The only problem was that while cleaning the girl tripped a circut plug and they could not get the lights over the garage to go back on. I had to call and electrician and he charged me 60.00. Choice 1 cleaning told me to submit the bill with the next cleaning and they will credit me the 60.00. I am having them back every two weeks and would recommend them to my friends.

Simply The Best!! Terry and the ladies have been cleaning for me ever since December. They are professional, honest, and exceptionally thorough in their cleaning. This last cleaning is a case in point...I had my hardwood floors restored and new carpeting installed...quite the mess! The ladies came and cleaned and also put every pot, pan, glassware, etc. away for me in about 2 1/2 hours..Super Job!!

I met with Jason and Tara prior to the visit by the cleaning team. They were very professional and polite. I told them details that I wanted to be done, and they took care of my special requests. This is a responsible and trustworthy business that really care about the quality of the service and customer satifaction.

I called Jason for a quote to clean our cottage after years and years of renters. He met me the next day at the property and gave me a quote for the work. After renting the property for years the house was in a terrible state. The last renters had at least two cats. Jason's team of ladies showed up on time and went right to work. The place looked wonderful. Jason even removed the overhead vents that had not been cleaned in what I can imagine many years. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for cleaning services. I was very pleased from start to finish. Excellent job!!!!

Jason showed up on time and then introduced his team of 4 very nice ladies. They did an excellent job, including cabinets, fridge, walls, floors, appliances, bathrooms... plus previously non -quoted basement staircases! As anticipated, some dust started to resettle down at the end. They immediately re mopped everything. They also , as promised, left the 3 HVAC vacuums working overnight and Jason picked them up the next morning. This made a big difference. Result the next day: virtually no dust. I was very impressed with their work and their professionalism.

They did a wonderful job. The girls were very friendly. The owner, Jason, came prior to the work done. He was very proffesional and explained to me what his company does and asked for my input as well. I have hired them to come every 2 weeks. Very affordable and they do a great job!!
