Choice 1 Cleaning LLC

Let me state clearly that I will not be hiring this company again. I found them through Angie's list and hired them due to many positive reviews. I am very disappointed as I was looking to have a good firm in on a weekly basis. The cleaning ladies worked hard the broken equipment and generic, frozen cleaning products they had. I felt there were only 1-2 experienced cleaners in the crew, because the one in charge of the basement missed an ENTIRE bathroom and there was filth on the floor under my minifridge cart and dirt that I cleaned up with some scrubbing bubbles. I had to redo parts of the basement myself. I was told by Ms. Silva (The lady doing the quote and the walk through) that they would be using quality, petsafe products and good equipment. The girls arrived with dollar store generic cleaning products and a vac that looks like something someone picked up off the curb. It gave them so much aggro. They had to stop to keep fixing it and sharing it. I have a state of the art Shark. They could have used that. I had to redo the carpets and shampoo them to get off loads more fur and dirt that the shoddy equipment left behind. So therefore the products were not quality and certainly were not pet safe. Another thing that annoyed me was the already low quality cleaning products were frozen from having been left in someone's car. I saw a frozen bottle of lysol with a glacier sitting in it and this was from 1-4PM. They had a job prior to me, so it had been out of the car for some time and was still frozen. Seriously it is no surprise my house smelled worse when they left than it did when they started. The site manager came unannounced and just let herself right in. That really was cheeky and I was not pleased with this. Then she had the nerve to say she confused me for one of the girls and had this attitude that came off as if I was beneath her. She evidently was there to check on the work the girls were doing and was taking a white dust cloth to my bed and furniture. She reeked of cigarette smoke and after she left, I had to spray my house with air freshener and open the windows to get the smell of smoke out . Another thing that p***** me off was that she was on to one of the girls about cleaning bigger houses than this one and yadda yadda like this house was beneath her. Well guess what lady, it is now, because you lost a potential long term client due to your self-entitlement and rude behavior on a client site. I paid $300 for 3 girls for 3 hours. The house looks clean, but I think it would have smelled better if they used quality products vs. generic store brand ones like that horrid watered down Works toilet bowl cleaner and generic frozen lysol. The highest quality product they had was a small bottle of Dawn washing up liquid. They did call me to follow up and asked if they could come to my house and fix anything or was there any other way to resolve it, but if you look on Yelp, there are similar negative reviews.

I cannot say enough good things. We arrived from out of state to a new home that had not been cleaned and had only a few hours until the movers arrived. I called around 2pm and they were here by 4:15pm. Given the tight time frame, they asked what we wanted to prioritize, were cheerful, professional and worked in the middle of the chaos of movers bringing in furniture, our dog running around, etc. They are expensive, but spared us from a huge headache, did a great job (cleaned out the refrigerator, inside cabinets, etc.) and on only 2 hours notice. Highly recommend them.

We have used Choice 1 Cleaning Home Service for the last year and have been extremely impressed. They do a fantastic job and the always leave our house clean and sparkling! The cleaners arrive in a company vehicle and clean our house as a team, which means that our entire 2 bedroom house (~1,400 sq feet) is done in about an hour to 1.25 hours. The cleaners are all polite and friendly but very mission orientated so they work efficiently and effectively. They are dog-friendly and do a great job of working around me/dog the days I am home for their bi-weekly cleanings. The best part about Choice 1 is that they have a "supervisor" who will stop by unannounced to inspect the team's work. Any areas that are not up to her specifications, will get redone. They also do a good job of checking in to ensure I am pleased with their services. Overall, I can't recommend Choice 1 enough. There cleaners are very professional and they do a great job cleaning our house. They are very prompt... and always show up in the approximate time range they give me (I am flexible on timing so they will just tell me if it is mid morning or early morning). You can't go wrong picking Choice 1.

They showed up on time and cleaned the entire house, top to bottom, going above and beyond what we thought they were going to do. Hard working team, very friendly, very professional. Would certainly use again!

They come out every two weeks and clean my house. They do a good job but I do have to put everything back into place after they have finished. They are very friendly and nice people to have around.

I decided not to use the provider and they promptly refunded my payment.

I have had a really tough time finding a good cleaning service, but I was really impressed with Choice 1 since the first phone call. They came out and did a home visit to discuss my specific needs, and they are bonded and insured, which is important to me. I ended up purchasing the $249 for 9 hrs special on Angie's List to test them out, and they did a *fantastic* job. They were extremely thorough and even cleaned things I did not expect (e.g., pet beds, jacuzzi tub jets, bed frame, etc). I was absolutely thrilled with how clean my house was! The Team Lead was particularly excellent. She inspected all the work, for which she clearly has high standards. She also tackled the job of cleaning my kitchen island ceiling lights, which are almost impossible, and they came out looking brand new. Two weeks later, they still look shiny and clean! Everyone on the 5-person team was friendly and professional. I really appreciated how nice they were to my cat, who is old and easily freaked out by strangers coming into the house. I am now having Choice 1 clean my house every two weeks, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of cleaning services.

The cleaners did a very good job. The only problem was that when they broke a lamp they did not tell me. But as soon as the manager found out, she called me right away and offered to replace the lamp. Great costumer service.

I think they are rated very highly on Angie's List and their work is excellent. I am planning on using them again this year. They are very prompt and courteous. They are also upfront about their pricing and they follow through on their commitment.

They are very thorough. I like that they presented me with their documents of insurance and bonded information. They brought their own cleaning products. They go above and beyond. They will clean the front of my cabinets and I have never asked them to do that. Three to four cleaners come each time. They will send an email the night before to tell you the time they will be arriving. If they break something they will leave me a note saying to call the company and they will reimburse you.

They were professional and very helpful in setting up the cleaning appointment. The cleaning was good and I was satisfied.

From the moment I inquired about their services, Choice1 Cleaning was extremely responsive. They are flexible and professional. Whenever I had to reschedule, I worked with Jen, who was very helpful. I would not use another cleaning company.

They did a phenomenal job! Nancy, the supervisor, was great. She makes all the appointments and I've never seen someone so professional. She goes way beyond in making sure that she follows up with her clients and checks that everything is how I wanted it. I was very impressed. They sent me four girls to do the cleaning. They made my cherry cabinets shine like they were brand new. They also did some bathroom cleaning that I would've never imagined could be that clean. They actually cleaned more than I bargained for. I have dogs and they were able to get all of his prints and hair off my furniture. They were so thorough that I will definitely keep their service for a monthly basis. There's nothing that you can ask that they won't do!

Choice 1 was super responsive and able to work with me, even with my crazy travel schedule! I did most of the setup by email and phone, had a quick walk of the job in advance and handed over the keys. They did an amazing job deep cleaning after a tenant who considered the unit clean.

The experience was good. I appreciated that they had somebody come over to give us an estimate. They were able to come over to do their job without us being there. The only issue I did have is that, unfortunately, they did have to come back and redo some work. But they came back, redid it and did a great job. There was no issue when I called them and said there was a portion of it not done well. They came right back and did it without question and did not charge me extra for it. They were very good about it. I would recommend them, but would just say to be specific on what you wanted cleaned and how on certain things.

The cleaning team come on time. They were friendly, professional and did a good job. during the cleaning a supervisor stopped by to make sure all is going well.

three girls came on time. they had everything they needed to clean. I had all the baseboard heaters apart on the floor, they swept the inside and wiped down the pipes! I was impressed a young girl new how to put it back together. They cleaned ceiling fans and wiped outside of light globes, nothing broke! Cleaned all woodwork of a 1900 house, front and back of all doors. Washed walls and switch plates. Washed floors. Cleaned bathroom; , cleaned kitchen,pushed back stove and refrigerator for me. All I had to do was swiffer the mini blinds. I hurt my back this winter and can not do the work myself. They saved me alot of time, and pain, and aggravation. thank you for a job well done for a picky person.

Service provided by Choice 1 Cleaning was fabulous. I was always happy to get home on cleaning days and see how great the house looked- after the first session I went around the house looking how cleaning everything was! Jen was always incredibly responsive with emails and was very flexible with any adjustments needed.

I thought the team did a great job cleaning the house from top to bottom. Kitchen and bathrooms sparkled. Team was very pleasant and professional. I would use them again in the future.

Everything went good with their service. The cost was $200 with two cleaners for two hours. They did a great job. They showed up on time. They did what they said they would do. They did a good job. The price was reasonable.
