There were 3 ladies that performed the work and they were all very professional and thorough, especially scrubbing places you never get to.

Heather and her team were efficient and professional. They wasted no time at all, got straight to work and remained professional and respectful during the 4 hours that they were in my home. They did a very through job and I look forward to having them back in the future.

They showed up on time and were extremely professional. They went above and beyond on many things, especially with helping me organize a lot of things that had started piling up.

It went fantastic. The team lead had me walk her through the house at the start and took me through the house at the end. Everyone was professional, courteous, and very conscious of my 2 indoor cats when going in and out of the house.

Very well, they were courteous and attempted to comply to my wishes.

Every aspect of working with this company was very professional and punctual. The deal was $299 for deep housecleaning, which included a 2000 square foot, 1 1/2 bathroom house. We hear from Nancy the day after we purchased the deal, and she made an appointment to do a walkthrough within a couple of days. I recommend this so that she can detail what is/isn't included. We paid about $150 more to clean the inside of our stove, and for extra space (our house has 2 1/2 bathrooms, and a finished basement). When the scheduled cleaning arrived, the team of four women were on time and cleaned EVERYTHING in our house. They were meticulous, and took pride in their work. They checked in with each other and with me frequently to make sure everything was cleaned to my specifications. This is a deep housecleaning, they upended furniture, cleaned appliances, walls, light fixtures, and fans. I highly recommend this company for deep housecleaning!

The team of three cleaners did a terrific job of de-greasing, scrubbing, and vacuuming two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and bathroom, all of which had been unoccupied for over two years. They dusted all the ceiling corners, and washed the floors; the baseboards and windows are spotless. The crew arrived right on time and went straight to work. It was a very pleasant experience.

Company responded immediately to an emailed inquiry for services based on the coupon where they offer 6 hrs of deep cleaning for $199.00. We discussed what I needed to be done which was basically top to bottom cleaning (sans windows) in a 4 bedroom/3.5 bath colonial, all hardwoods that was empty. She told me that the coupon special was not enough to cover the work requested. Was initially annoyed with what felt like a bait and switch tactic but based on the high reviews moved forward anyways. In the end, I guess it was a lot of house to be cleaned but I'm always suspect when that happens. Started out with a base price and then there was an "add" for stuff. (Oven cleaned? Garage swept? Refrigerator cleaned? All had additional costs). Was initially quoted a price that was almost $675 but when I balked they agreed to do it for a reduced price. Once we get beyond that, I have nothing but good things to say; Their communication was fabulous both before and after and the girls that did the work were fabulous! They showed up promptly with everything they needed to do the job and were ready to go. The woman in charge went over the list with me of what they were supposed to do. They split up and each tackled different sections of the house. They were efficient, pleasant and professional. The one who was in charge kept checking in with me on things. At the end, she took me through the house to make sure I was satisfied with everything they did. They were all great and I was completely satisfied with their work! I wasn't completely satisfied with the cost - quite honestly.. charge a flat hourly rate and what needs to be done, gets done - whether it's wiping down an oven or mopping a floor.

This was a last minute booking and Nancy was very responsive to our needs. The crew did a wonderful job on an extremely hot day. They made an extremely filthy bathroom sparkle. Even Nancy was not sure that stains could be removed from the bathtub, it was so bad, but they were. I have used this company in the past for a deep cleaning for my elderly parents home and they did not disappoint. They are not cheap, but worth every cent!!

We were very happy with the cleaning that the three women did at my mother's home. It was a tremendous undertaking, and they each worked diligently and without stopping the entire time they were there. I'm sure it was one of the worst cleaning jobs they have had to deal with, and they did the best they could under the circumstances. We originally booked a 9 hour deep cleaning (3 hours each) but were able to add an additional hour so they could complete the job. This also included cleaning the interior of her refrigerator. We were pleased with the results. We are grateful to Choice 1 for undertaking such an unusual cleaning situation and helping us out as best they could. I have recommended Choice 1 Cleaning to all of the agencies offering services to my mother. I was happy to refer this company to them. Thank you for your help in making my mother's home a much cleaner place for her to return home to.

They were excellent! I would strongly consider hiring them for regular service in the future. They were a top-shelf company for sure. They were organized, professional, and thorough. They worked together well, and I really liked their attitudes. They had an on-site supervisor that monitored their work, and another supervisor that came by to check on everything.

I bought a cleaning package from another company at the end of the semester for my one bed, one bath townhouse. After trying to get in touch with them for weeks via email and phone I decided to ask for a refund and buy another package. Due to my previous experience I was a little nervous when I purchased this package but Choice 1 Cleaning quickly put my fears to rest. I was contacted promptly and spoke with someone (Nancy I think) about the details of my space and what I would like done. I had to reschedule twice; they were courteous and helpful, planning my new dates easily. When the day finally arrived three cleaners showed up at my house and quickly got to work. They asked me to show them around and after confirming details of the service and my specific requests began in the bathroom and upstairs bedroom. When I went upstairs to ask a question 40 minutes later one of the women said to me "This was as clean as we could get the shower and tub". I looked around the door to inspect: IT WAS SPOTLESS. I am not sure what they thought was left! I had added the stove and fridge internal cleaning which was an additional fee. They seemed truly invested in the quality of the work and my approval of it. They were pleasant, unobtrusive and efficient. They seemed to work well together. Every inch of my house is now spotless. They cleaned under, around, below and behind everything. My baseboards are cleaner than I have EVER seen them, The floors are sparkling. The window blinds are free of dust. They wiped down the glass decanters I have out and put them back where they were. My coffee maker and microwave were cleaned and put back in a subtly different configuration: a better one! Now sitting here in my clean home I feel relaxed. The result is beautiful and welcoming. The experience was easy. I will be using this service again. Regularly.

I could not be happier with the service. The crew did everything I expected and more. It was truly great to smell the "clean" before I even opened the door. I especially loved the small touches, like lining up my daughter's stuffed animals on her bed. i liked them so much I hired them for regular service. Highly recommended.

I was very dissatisfied!! I let the company know I was unhappy. They offered to re clean but I was not interested. They refunded me $50. I had paid $299

These cleaners were fantastic. Heather, who ran the show, was a huge stickler for detail and wanted to make sure I went through every last detail before they left. Their work was truly outstanding, it's rare to find someone in this business who takes such pride in their work and has such an acute sense for detail. Recommended to the highest degree - you won't be sorry!

The first cleaning was absolutely amazing. The house was spotless and they even managed to clean the white kitchen tile to a level I had never been able to get it to. They cleaned pretty much every corner of the house and all in just a few hours in the morning. I have also started the regular cleaning schedule and I'm so glad I have. They cover all the basics (vacuuming, dusting, kitchen and bathroom full clean, and they even change the sheets in the bedrooms), it's super fast (it took 3 girls 1h30min to do it all) and it's very affordable. I'm am very happy with the results and would highly recommend Choice 1 Cleaning to anyone who asks.

Excellent experience. 2nd time using this provider. White glove service from start to finish. Washed walls, baseboards, doors, door jams, floors, counter tops, furniture, blinds, vacuumed. Shined bathrooms and kitchen top to bottom. Manager came by and inspected work prior to team leaving and asked if I was satisfied. Highly recommended.

They did a fantastic job. It was a small house and they did everything that we wanted. Timely, excellent job. Would definitely use them again.

The service came a week a head of time to go over everything. I have 2.5 baths. The cleaning only covers 2 bathrooms so I paid an extra $75 for the third bathroom. They cleaned my floors, counters light fixtures surfaces etc. They did an overall great job. They did not do my laundry room, I think there was some confusion because It was a disaster on the day they came to go over things and I 'm not sure what I told them to do about that room. We were overall very pleased. If I had any complaint, it would be some hard mildew in one of my bathrooms. I think they could have done a better job on that considering the up charge. They did a beautiful job on our basement family room. We have a wood stove in it, and the room was covered in ashes and crumbled bark. Bottom line: They made out neglected home sparkle.

incredible team ... all mean cleaning machines! very professional, very focused on cleaning. team of 3 came in, spent about 3 hours cleaning the house ... house was never cleaner. very happy with the results, would definitely use them again!

Nancy Silva and her team at Choice 1 Cleaning LLC are flat out amazing! Nancy called me right away after I submitted a request for a quote. Over the phone she went over in detail what her team typically did for a move in cleaning - which was more than I expected that they would do. She gave me an estimate, but also scheduled a time to do a walk through and give me a definite amount. Her quote of $350 that she gave over the phone was correct, but I also opted to have them clean the inside of the fridge/freezer and oven for $30 more. Nancy arrived right on time and was super friendly and easy to talk to, she also did a great job of explaining everything, as this was my first time hiring cleaners for anything. The day of the cleaning was an interesting one, to say the least. I'm a VERY new homeowner, and since I wasn't living in the condo yet, a few things slipped my mind...like transferring the electric into my name. I was at work on the day that they came, but my dad was at the condo. He called to inform me that about 5 minutes after the cleaning team arrived, the power all went out. (The electric company shut it off and couldn't turn it on without me going to their office and filling out a form, which I couldn't do at the time). However, it was no problem for the Choice 1 Cleaning team. They said that they would still clean and just do the very best that they could given that there were no lights on. Thankfully, I have a corner unit that let's in a lot of natural light and it was 11am on a sunny day, I also only had one room with a carpet that would've needed to be vacuumed, but I had previously told Nancy that the rug was going to be ripped out. So the fact that they couldn't vacuum that one rug was not an issue. Once the power was back and I checked out the condo, I was blown away! It was sparkling clean and smelled so nice! I couldn't believe all that they were able to accomplish without any power and how thorough they were. I will absolutely be calling Choice 1 Cleaning for any other cleaning jobs that I need done (and I'll make sure the power stays on next time)! I will also be recommending them to anyone and everyone!!
