Description of Work: Choice 1 came and completely cleaned my home. It hasn't been this clean since I moved in a decade ago. Nancy works hard to make sure her crew is fully trained and very thorough. From my ceiling fans to my bathroom floors, it was a terrific job. I thought so highly of this company that I have signed on to have them come every four weeks to do my housecleaning. I give Choice 1 a full recommendation. You will not be disapointed with the job this cleaning service will do.

Description of Work: Even though I promptly received an estimate it went downhill from there on.Scheduling an appt. became a problem because they are very inflexible with their timings and would not work with my house caretaker to schedule an amicable timing. Scheduler not very polite. I definitely would not work with them.

We tried very hard to accommodate the scheduling needs for this customer. Our office actually had scheduled this cleaning on the dates the customer had requested two times. In both instances the customer called the office last minute and cancelled. The summer is extremely busy for us at C1 Cleaning and we were completely booked that particular week. We feel we do everything in our power to accommodate customers requests .We offered several solutions to try to schedule around this customers needs including late night and Saturday appointments. We are very sorry we were not able to do work for this customer .We did offer this customer a free cleaning and it was denied.

Description of Work: They started off great. They did every two week service and I need to remind them too be furniture to vacuum. Never cleaned spider webs...work very inconsistent. And I felt like the staff was just going through the motions instead of doing a good job.
