Excellent. They were on time, professional and they know exactly what they were doing. They were helpful and kind.

It went well. The solution to the overbalance problem was not truly found with our LG front loading washer. The tech was friendly and knowledgeable. He replaced the three shock absorbers as a potential solution. This did not correct the problem. We ended up having to take the washer off of the pedestal to ease the extreme vibration during the spin cycle.

Took three trips to get the job done. I appreciated that the technician attempted the least expensive fix the first time around. When this did not solve the problem, I was able to quickly reschedule and get them back out to re-evaluate the situation. The parts and labor warranty ensured that I only paid for the visit fee for the first time out. The ultimate fix was more costly, but the part came in quickly and the technician was back out to install it just two days after its arrival. Arrival was alway prompt, including a text message alerting me that the technician was on his way to my location.

Everything was great.. The repairman was very polite, on time and called before he arrived to say he was a few minutes away. Cleaned up everything and even waited so I could clean behind the fridge before he pushed it back.

Called three local providers rated "A" on angies list when refrigerator was running but not cooling. Of the three providers called, one never called back, another could not come for three days and Appliance Master could come look at the problem the next day. Tech came out diagnosed the problem -fridge needed a new mother board as the lights were not turning off when the doors closed and which also may be the cause for the ice maker to not work, a problem we had been living with and using ice cube trays. Tech was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and provided an estimate for replacing the mother board and replacing the plastic pieces that were warped and semi melted around the light bulbs. Tech indicated that the parts had to be ordered, took the bulbs out of the fridge to prevent the overheating and indicated that he would be back in a few days, after the parts came in. We had to deal with a fridge with no light inside and that was much better than the alterantive of having all our food in coolers. Appliance mater called a few days later to confirm the scheduled repair and the tech (Jason I think was his name) arrived on time and replaced the pieces that needed to be replaced. Overall a very positive experience and they will be the first phone call next time I need appliance services. Will also recommend to friends and neighbors.

The freezer in my refrigerator was getting frosted and water was leaking from the bottom because of a clogged water line. I called Appliance Master on Monday, I left a message on their voice mail and they called back immediately. They fix Samsung refrigerators and scheduled an appointment for between 3 and 6 PM on Tuesday July 8th. The person I spoke to gave me the name of the person who would do the repairs and told me they would call 1/2 hour before they arrived to let me know he was on the way. They called at 3:45 and were here at 4:15. Two repairmen came up. They went to work right away, one took off the back of the refrigerator to see the problem causing the water leak and the other took the freezer apart. I thought they would tell me I needed a new seal around the freezer door but Randy said the door needed adjusting to fit tighter. They removed all the frost, mopped up the water and dried the entire freezer and drawers. Brian cleaned out the 2 drains and after everything was dried, put the drawers back and made sure the door fit tightly. They were here about an hour. I was really afraid of how much it would cost. But I was pleasantly surprised. The charge was only $129. And I didn't need any parts.

They were wonderful. I liked that they were able to look at two appliances and did not charge me for it. They came right out to my home and scheduling was just excellent.

My experience was great. They were on time for the appointment and able to come out quickly after I had purchased the big deal. The technician was very nice and he was knowledgeable.

Came to house and fixed something

It went super. I had a wonderful experience with them. They were neat and did the job. I would use them again.

Very friendly, professional. My washer was fixed in about a weeks time. I was so happy to be able to use my washer again and not lug everything to a laundromat!

It was fantastic. They were great. They were punctual, did a great job, the price was fair. They contacted me immediately and rescheduled an appointment the week after. I like their response time and professionalism.

We had an Angie's offer and the scores were high for Appliance Master, so we signed up and called for an appointment. They came when they said and did whatever was needed to fix it. When it came time to pay, the guy knew nothing about the coupon. We gave up and took the 10 off from their website. Checked my account today and I was charged by Angie's list This is my second bad and quot;great and quot; offer. Will not do it again. Appliance Master was fine, but the connection with Angie's list did not work.

It went very well. All I had to do was contact Appliance Masters and they were able to go to the tenant's unit and figure out the problem with the oven. They ordered the part and within two days, the repair man returned and fixed the oven. Very convenient.

We had water leak problems with our ice maker and cold water dispenser in our refrigerator. I turned the water off a couple of years ago and live without the ice cubes and cold water. Finally decided to do something about it. Called Appliance Master and Randy(I believe) came out same day or next day. He was polite and professional. I turned the water back on and he checked for leaks for about half an hour. None were found. Stated that if leaks developed within the next week or two to call and he would come back and apply a discount to any work required. Still no leaks. Don't know what happened two years ago. In any event I will not hesitate to call Appliance Master when the need arises.

The refrigerator and the disposal work well. The door tray was too large and broke. The tray was replaced. It is still slightly large and was loose but I secured it with duct tape. The repairman explained that it was difficult to get a replacement part for the old refrigerator. He also explained how the refrigerator system worked, which I appreciated, because I thought it was running somewhat cold, but it wasn't when he checked. The problem was that it took nine phone calls in slightly over a four month period to get the tray replaced and refrigerator checked, which finally happened at the beginning of July 2012. There were reasons such as the repairman was a good technician but didn't keep good records so he had to be let go; the firm was short handed; and the replacement tray was taking a long time get sent. Only at the very end did I get a phone call back; otherwise, I had to keep calling. My contact was always friendly -- just not responsive.

Made an appointment never showed up. Made multiple calls to them and left messages; never got a response to this day.

Serviceman arrived on time and prepared to evaluate the problem with my dryer. He heard the scraping noise when the appliance was functioning. He spent time assessing the exact cause of the problem and determined that the resolution would be the replacement of a critical part that would cost more than $400. I decided that given the age of the appliance and the fact that the repair amount would be better used toward a new one, I declined to have the dryer repaired. He was supportive of my decision and I paid for the evaluation using the coupon that I purchased at the Angie's site.

I called and the tech came out the next day to look at two appliances. He quickly diagnosed the problem with the washing machine - a whirlpool front loader. He ordered two different parts, just in case the first diagnosis was incorrect. He also looked at both my sub zero refridgerator (noting the condensor needed a good cleaning) and my sub zero wine fridge as the refridgerated drawers were not cooling. I had only called about the washer and the wine fridge, but after asking some questions, he quickly looked at my refridgerator too as part of the service call. He was completely honest, noting the condensor was probably gone in the wine fridge and it would be extremely expensive to fix. We decided against it. We did have him clean the refridgerator condensor when he came back to fix the washing machine after the parts came in as it looks like the previous owners never had it cleaned. His first diagnosis of the washer was correct and I didn't need the second part. He indicated he'd hold onto it for another week before sending it back to the manufacturer just in case I experienced any additional problems. The tech went above and beyond to solve my appliance issues in my newly purchased house and made my life much easier.

When they came to look at the problem they were professional but they did not want to take the effort to follow through.

On 07/07/12 repairman came to replace defective motor coupler. It had been rplaced twice in 2011 with couplers with plastic inserts. This time it was replaced with one with a metal insert. I had a $100 Angies list coupon which I forgot to give him so I called the company and they credited my charge card. I paid $59. On 07/27/12 the repairman came back to repair the dryer. The belt broke and it needed numerous other parts also. One of the parts was no longer made and the total bill would have been about $300. I decided to buy a new one. I had another coupon so I paid $59 for a $69 service call.The repaireman was very nice, informative and helpful.
