AEP Services is a fantastic organization. They really take care of their customers. My wife and I moved into a new home a few years ago. We had AEP install a new fence. Their work was wonderful. Years later, we needed a post re-stabilized. They came out same day and fixed it immediately. I cannot say enough good things about this company and the way they support their customers!

I had to wait three months, until late September of 2018, for the repair to be done. The workmen arrived at my home without battery-powered tools, so they had to borrow an extension cord and plug it into the outlet in my garage. They also had no topsoil with them to finish filling in the postholes. They had to dig a hole in my yard to get enough soil to fill the holes up to grade. When I examined the fence a couple of weeks later, I saw that one of the posts was not level with the others on that side, and one post did not line up with the other posts on either side of it, I also noticed that the new posts did not match the existing posts (different type of wood and different style). I had thought I would be able to use the existing gate, but when I tried to hang it i realized it was twisted out of shape, and the post next to it had been incorrectly installed to compensate for the damage. If the repairmen had told me the gate was too damaged to be used, I would have requested a new one. The workmen left cigarette butts and an empty water bottle in my yard. I called AEP in October to ask for the posts to be re-set, and I wrote to AEP in March to remind them that I had asked for the posts to be reset. That was three weeks ago--- no response. I decided to fix the problem myself, but when I dug up the post that was not level, I realized why it was not level: The part below the soil line was completely rotted away. Instead of telling me the post could not be re-used and asking if I wanted it replaced, the workmen buried it deep enough so that the bottom didn't show, and then nailed (!!) the rails to the post. I thought I was hiring a reputable company. I'm sure AEP considered this a small job, but I don't understand why they didn't think it was important to make sure the fence was sturdy. I would have been happy to pay more to have the necessary work done. I am extremely disappointed.

They are great workers! We had some problems with some rock so they had to move some posts around, they always kept me in the loop and the communication was great throughout the project.

Started the process in April with half payment, the fence was not installed until late July. The final bill was incorrect and hardware was missing. It was very difficult to communicate with them, Auther does not reply to emails his admin does most of the follow-up calls, work orders and she is not very organized. I wanted to use AEP for other services but seems like they do not do all of the work they advertise. The fence is up and looks good the experience or lack of professionalism not so much.

They were very good. It took them about a week to go and inspect and a month and a half to get the wood fence and a day to install it. They were the only one who was responsive.

They never contacted us after we contacted them. No follow up ...no details, estimates, nothing. Terrible way to do business, therefore a terrible place to do business with

Arthur and his crew were professional, punctual, and courteous. Arthur explained the different types of wood and presented different options. I changed plans several times, and they were patient and accommodated all of my changes. The end product was a beautiful fence, and I would absolutely hire again.

AEP Services Inc. was amazing from our first contact with them. They (Arthur) were very receptive to our needs, discussed with us the work they would perform, and quoted us a VERY reasonable price. Based on our interaction with them, the price of the project, and the quality of their work, we contracted with them a day later. A few weeks later (after AEP ordered the materials necessary) they contacted us to schedule the installation of the new the new fence. AEP Services arrived on time and completed the removal of our old fence (took with them), installed the new fence, and cleaned the construction area within 6-7 hours. The staff on site reviewed the completed project with me and answered any questions I had. From beginning to end AEP Services Inc. was a great company to work with and I wouldn't hesitate a second to use them again for any other projects that may arise. I would highly recommend them!

AEP (Arthur) came to my house and within two days his guys did EVERYTHING above and beyond what they were paid to do. His guys was respectful, punctual and did an OUTSTANDING job. Roughly 4 years ago I had a fence put in my LM Fencing (they did a terrible job) Arthur and crew came in and installed a 350 ft run that is as perfect as humanly possible. I WILL use them again for the remainder of my yard. Arthur, thank you, I could not be happier.

Excellent work installing a chain link fence that involved having to work around dirt, concrete, concrete stairway and retaining wall. Quick response for estimate, fence was installed quickly, workers were very professional and attentive.

Arthur and his crew did an AWESOME job removing our old fence and installing a new fence as well as removing an old sidewalk and replacing it with brand new sod. The job was completed ahead of schedule, at budget and he and his team were a pleasure to work with. We would recommend them to anyone and will be using them again in the future. I am very happy with the work provided by Arthur and his crews. Last fall they installed a 6' stockade fence around our backyard. Everything was done well except on the gate they used nails instead of screws. After a couple of slams (self-closing gate), those nails were starting to pop loose. I called them and they were out the next day to fix it up nice and tight with screws. No problems since. When our lawn mower died this spring, we decided to get a service and I called AEP for a recommendation, not realizing they did this also! I had an estimate the next day and the following day my shaggy yard was mowed, trimmed and picked up - yay! $30 a visit is soo worth it.

Fences are expensive! Even this small job wasn't cheap. They did a good job and the install was fast and neat. My only complaint was that after I made an initial deposit on a fence install, I did not hear from them for a couple of weeks (they'd told me they'd be tied up for two weeks. After three weeks I called). Then they scheduled a firm date with me and came on time.

Arthur and his crew did a great job! Arthur was very easy to work with and accommodating. He helped us stay within our budget, and made helpful design suggestions. We are thrilled with the results.

After We Made Our Decision,We Made A Date That Would Work With My Work Schedule. The Work Crew Showed Up On Time,And Preformed Their Work In Less Than 48 Hours,Incredible. .
