Was very disappointed. I had to leave while they were working I thought I would be back before they finished They contacted me after less than 2 hours (4 hours of labor) that they were done. I was surprised, they finished that quickly. When I returned home there were so many items that were not cleaned including blinds, window sills, lights, fans, and pictures. I emailed the company, they apologized and to come out next day. However as the day went I realized how poor of a job they did. I told them it was a list cause. If they stayed the proper time frame all the items would have been completed. Communication was poor during the scheduling process In conclusion don't bother hiring this company.

Went pretty good. It took forever to respond to scheduling. When we set appointment they failed to show up but did apologise and showed up on the rescheduled date. General cleaning was good we have a big 3 bedroom house with 2 dogs and 2 cats. Not a deep cleaning but for general use an excellent service. I would put the confusing appointments and scheduling down to the busy summer season in South County, so we were not that put out by any of it. I would recommend. We have also retained this company for a weekly cleaning which they do a decent job at.

Believe the bad reviews - I certainly wish that I had. They cancelled my appointment the morning of, about 30 minutes before they were scheduled to arrive because everyone supposedly had strep throat. I spoke with the office manager, who was extremely apologetic and promised to reschedule ASAP. They never returned my numerous calls to reschedule. They really left me in a lurch because I had houseguests coming and a new baby, so I really needed help cleaning. The lack of professionalism was stunning. I wish I had heeded the bad reviews. Don't choose this unprofessional, poorly managed company if you really need their services. You may end up like me - burned. I am just thankful that another company was able to do the cleaning for me at the last minute.

All three were very friendly, talked with my little ones, respectful of our space and our time. The house looked and smelled great when they were done.

The gentlemen who showed up were nice but not dressed in any type of professional businesswear indicating the company they were representing. I ended up doing almost all of the organizing of what was to be thrown away or kept. I also had to show them all of the areas that they ignored and didn't cleanup (e.g. cobwebs) after they indicated that they were done. I didn't receive any suggestions of other services they would provide even though I mentioned at the beginning that I was interested in such.

It was not a very good experience. There was an issue of communication on both parties. I would not use them again. I did not pay an extra fee. They did our bathroom and kitchen. They did a good job cleaning but the process was not easy.

Despite some early scheduling conflicts the quality of the work was excellent, the staff was very courteous.

I placed the Angies list order, and left a phone message. No response. Left a second phone message. No response. I checked the phone number both in Angie's List and the local phone directory to make sure I had the correct number. Sent a message via this email service and contacted Angie's customer service. Apparently there was an Angie's list order glitch. That's no excuse for not returning multiple phone calls. I left one more message. After waiting another 6 days with no response, I requested a refund from Angie's. Angie's customer service has been great.

Arrived on time, removed all items requested, piled objects outside garage, cleaned floors, ledges, walls, etc, piling into pick-up truck as appropriate. Moved things that were being saved into logical places in the garage. Truck was packed extremely well and tightly. Site was left clean, all work done. Very happy with the garage. I rated them a "B" in responsiveness only because it took about a month to schedule the cleanup. Other than that, very satisfied with the service.

2 professional guys cleaned out the garage, hauling away unwanted items and organizing the rest. It was great to see the garage floor again. They vacuumed the window, doors and floor. They were polite and courteous, showed up on time, and worked hard.

Tracy was responsive, friendly & courteous. Tracy and her crew did a thorough job in a reasonable amount of time. Also made suggestions and made sure we were satisfied with the results. Will hire again..

Kind and courteous took out my junk. But did not finish the job of washing floor. They only did a little part of it. I will have to do it myslefHowever they did a great job in taking out everything I needed

It went great! They were on time, friendly, worked quickly, and were a joy to have in the house while I completed some office work. I will now have them come bi-weekly for cleanings!

Tracy and her crew worked very hard and got so much done in one hour it was amazing! She also squeezed me into her schedule last minute when she hear we were having aj party and needed her services asap. They were very professional, friendly and worked non stop and I was so happy with the results! I will definitely hire them again in the future.

The two men with two trucks came and removed all of the stuff in the garage that we did not want including a lot of scrap wood and saw dust. They were polite, helpful, and very professional. They removed heavy as well as light things. I would hire them again.

The service provider responded quickly to emails, was punctual, and went above and beyond on the job. Would definitely use this company again!

They were wonderful. Worked hard and efficiently - only took a couple of hours - while I just stood there and told them what I wanted to keep and what they should haul away. They organized the "remains" and cleaned the shelves and floor. I highly recommend them!!! (And will have them back to haul stuff out of the basement at some point.)

Everything one could ask - cost-effective, thorough and trustworthy. Highly recommended.

We were pleased with the cleaning. We were having a baby on the days that they were scheduled, so we we got back, the house was clean! They were very nice, and very accomidating. I would definitely use them again.

This is an amazing company, they went above and beyond. I could never have done what they did in under 2 hours. They hauled a truck load of junk accumulated over 12 years, into a pick up truck and it's gone. I pointed to it, they took it. They moved a drum set to a room upstairs and a filing cabinet down to the basement. They vacuumed and then asked me to check to see if there was anything else they could do. This is an excellent company, they deserve an A+++++.

They cleaned and organized my basement. They went above and beyond. I offered to help them, but they didn't want me to. They were very professional.

Tracy and her crew accommodated me last minute. I called the DAY BEFORE asking to change my date from the week after to the next day. I was mostly lucky that she could juggle another job, but how often does it happen that someone can make you priority? The women worked hard and were respectful. They weren't restricted to only a certain kind of cleaning as some services are, and they use green products. I would encourage clear direction be given, as did I, to clarify expectations for younger/less experienced members of Tracy's crew.

We have a large Colonial home and Tracy cleans two of our three floors every two weeks, about 2600 sq. ft. The place is spotless and smells clean too. Tracy is very trust worthy which is as important as the work. We are very pleased.
