Professional, friendly, and so helpful. They unpacked, sorted, and organized 7 full packing boxes of my kitchen/dining room/bathroom things. They both worked quickly and carefully for the full 2 hours and came early to consult with me about the job. I'll book again for the upstairs closets and for their cleaning services. Awesome work ethic and really professional people. Thank you!

Initially when I left a message I didn't hear back. I bought a special offer through Groupon. The two girls that came were excellent. My aunt is elderly and has been very ill. They were very respectful and did an amazing job. I ended up hiring them for one more hour as I wanted more time (it was needed on my end, not theirs). Would definitely hire them again and recommend them.

They did OK. I didn't hire them again, because I thought they could have done a better job. When they finished all of the things that I asked them to do there was time left over. Instead of saying, there is half an hour left is there anything else, they just packed up and said they were ready to leave. I said that there was still half an hour left and I could give you another job for the next half hour. He said OK, they did it, but I felt like they were trying to cheat me out of a half hour. They were very nice people. They did the job that I asked them to do, but nothing extra. They came out within a week.

I am not sure I would use them again in future. Another company I used did a better job. They could be a little bit more thorough. The workers were extremely friendly and cooperative. They gave me tips on how to keep the place clean which I found helpful.

They were excellent. Professional, on time. And, the cleaning was excellent. Did not skimp any corners on cleaning the min-blinds, each slat in each blind was cleaned by hand. They spent hours, didn't rush, and were very friendly.

kitchen cupboards were done very well, dusting in other areas was not done, when offered a purchased sandwich for lunch, the offer was accepted but employee did not eat it when I was asked if there was anything else to be done, I asked for dusting of a wall shelving unit..it was not done.

I was very disappointed. They described this particular service as a "deep clean" but it superficial at best. There were areas of the house that needed deep cleaning and the work was just not done. They didn't even clean in between the stove and the refrigerator. Seemed like they got in and got out as fast as they could. Kind of a ripoff really.

They were very professional, personable, and thorough with their work. I wouldn't necessarily give them an A+ for their Responsiveness, but I did try to communicate through the Angie's portal, and their schedule may have been so busy that they did not always read their messages. In all fairness, I was also not necessarily as responsive as I could have been either due to my busy schedule at the time. A two-person team, mother/daughter--they were friendly, and honest.

Basically a ripoff. I took advantage of a special deal via Angie's List, 4 hours of "deep cleaning" for $99. What I got was two cleaners for an hour an a half, who wouldn't or couldn't do what I needed in terms of "deep" cleaning (some floors that require a bit extra elbow grease; I'm now resigned to getting down on my hands and knees and cleaning them myself). The routine dusting/mopping was done below the quality level I've obtained from other services in the past (streaks and spill stains left on some kitchen counters & appliances, visible dust or dirt remaining in some floor areas).

Went very well. The two men who came were very personable and helpful. They also took the time to teach me how to use my new Little Giant Velocity extension ladder - a slightly complicated mechanism for an old lady.

It didn't. After waiting over an hour past my appointment time, I texted them and haven't heard back yet.

Because the allotted time was only four total hours, the company requested a list of priorities that I wanted the cleaners to complete. I don't usually have time to do comprehensive dusting and vacuuming on the weekends, so my priority was for the housekeepers to dust the furniture upstairs and down, and to vacuum under the furniture and inside the bedroom closets. I wanted the kitchen cabinets to be washed, but the company told me (in advance of the job) that they could not do that, nor could they dust and clean inside of cabinets. I came home for a quick visit. The women had arrived right on time and were very friendly. They told me that they had spent most of the time upstairs and were almost out of time, so I told them that I just wanted them to concentrate on the dusting and vacuuming downstairs. I could tell that the women had gone into my son and daughters closets, because things had been removed, however my closet was not touched. the dusting/vacuuming they did was very superficial, as there was still quite a bit of dust under my son and daughter's beds. The top of my tall armoire had not been dusted at all. One woman had washed the front of the kitchen appliances, but not the top of the refrigerator. Nor had the front hallway rug and stairs been vacuumed. My husband said he hardly noticed a difference at all.

I purchased a deal with another company.

Outstanding professionals! Prompt, trustworthy, very polite and very very thorough. I explained what I needed and the owner absolutely understood and rearranged her day to accommodate me. Everything sparkled and gleamed. Very reasonable rates for a first class service. Will hire again as my regular cleaning company.

They did a very good job. I had an entire truck load of junk that they hauled away. They swept the basement floor - no small task! - and got rid of most, if not all, of the overhead cobwebs. They moved boxes onto shelves and tidied up.

Three people cleaned non stop for 2 hours cleaning a 4 bedroom and 1.5 bath house. They did a great job.

Badly. The owner Amy emailed to ask what we would like done. I indicated we only wanted windows and trim/moldings cleaned. Amy emailed again asking how many windows. Almost 2 days later, Amy emailed to say that windows were not included in the $99 deal.

Communication was via email, and the appointment was confirmed the evening prior to services. Ashley and Tracy were very personable and prompt. The description on Angie's List of "deep cleaning" was vague, so we weren't sure what to expect. BTW, It does NOT include interior of appliances. A few minor spots were missed (no one is perfect!) but Tracy is clearly detail oriented and also washed some random dishes, and checked toilet seals for us. Ashley may have gotten side-tracked going above and beyond our specific bath/kitchen requests and managed to dust & vacuum TV area. They were also mindful of the pets!

Very well, indeed. The workers were friendly, efficient, and prompt. Highly recommended.

It went perfectly. They were diligent in their responses to me and called to confirm the night before. They arrived exactly when they said they would and worked for the full time agreed upon. The ladies were professional and personable. They inquired as to any specific cleaning issues, concerns or requests I might have. The owner even stopped in and gave them a hand in the last hour, and did a thorough inspection of the work. The house looked terrific when they were finished. I would (and probably will) use this company and this service again!

They were alright. The price was fine. They left it a mess like they cleaned the blinds and paint stuff that came off the blinds was all over the floor. Then, they had to move all the furniture to get to some of the blinds and when they left, all the furniture was all moved and they did not even move it back into place. They just left and there were paint chips all over the floor.

Will update again once cleaning service is performed.

I was extremely happy with the services provided by this company. They were able to come to my house with only one day notice, which was a huge relief for me. They arrived right on time, and did a great job cleaning my garage and basement. I was shocked at how much they were able to accomplish in such a short time. My basement started out in rough shape, and was immaculate after these women were finished. They dusted, mopped, scrubbed and vacuumed and left the basement smelling great! They were also extremely pleasant and I enjoyed meeting them.
