Description of Work: A Star was fabulous! House was cleaned beautifully and they were terrific to work with.

Description of Work: I needed a cleaning company to clean a rental property for me in a short window time frame from when the existing tenants left to when the new tenants moved in. A star cleaning was excellent, they moved their schedule around to accommodate for me...the called me and followed up with me, the did a great job cleaning the house. I would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Cleaned kitchen and 2 bathrooms=floors were very dirty and took a long time. They did an excellent job-looked like new floor. Be sure to mention up front what things you want done. We did not do this and did not understand that we were paying for 3 hours and they did as much as they could in 3 hours. When I called and mentioned this they gave me a free hour to finish up the things I had thought would be done, They worked very hard and I am satisfied. Especially pleased with kitchen floor.

Description of Work: They cleaned three bedrooms and two bathrooms and dusted the main living area, as well as washing the floors.

Description of Work: I bought a Big Deal for $99. Tracey and Ashley vacuumed and dusted the house (four bedrooms, 2.5 baths) and a partially finished basement. They mopped all the floors. They polished the furniture, the glass tables, the kitchen and bathroom fixtures. They were very efficient. We had some communication problems getting going which seemed to have to do with Angie's List, not the provider. I plan to use them again.
