Description of Work: I purchased a "Big Deal" for A Star Quality Cleaning Company LLC.

Description of Work: I have been using them to clean my house on a monthly basis for the last four months. They do a general cleaning including bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming and washing the tile and hardwood floors. If I have any specifc requests, they address those as well. They are very pleasant to deal with. I have actually bought 6 cleanings as a Christmas present for my son and daughter-in-law.

Description of Work: Two man crew arrived, cleaned the basement floors and ceilings, hauled away trash I had identified. Roughly a two hour service. They were very professional, courteous, and responsive to my requests. I was a bit confused initially on how it would work - cleaning out a basement is a broad mandate. I organized everything and gathered the stuff to throw out, they came in and cleaned thoroughly. It's helpful to know what time is assigned to the job, then you can prioritize accordingly. I highly recommend this company and will hire them again when needed.

Description of Work: Tracy was a great communicator. Her team showed up exactly when we agreed. They worked for more than the time we paid for as they wanted to finish every room where they started. The house is so much cleaner than we've ever gotten it! Sadly, the person who cleaned our brushed nickel finish range must have used the abrasive part of a sponge on the sensitive surfaces. We know have permanent scratch marks on the metal and the plastic window to the oven/timer information. This was a rookie move and not something I thought we'd need to remind a professional house cleaner. I am unhappy about the marks left and for that reason alone I would not re-hire. Otherwise, they did an amazing job.

Description of Work: They can do everything, clean organize like a really professional service, Repair screens, putty and paint looked brand new They trimmed the garden hedge and it looked so professional. I have hired them once oa week to help my husband who has had health issues but still wants to be in charge of his chores, They are a great great team. They have creative ideas to help solve home maintenance and offer them very repectfully. You will loves these guys

Description of Work: Money was paid, but services were never provided due to lack of reply to multiple messages left to Star to make an appointment. On there behalf, I should add that I originally advised Star on-line when I had purchased the service that I would contact them for an appointment and it was months before I did. Never the less, a lack of a return call doesn't seem professional.
