Description of Work: When I made the appointment, I told the woman I had a bit of mold in my shower and asked her several times if they could do that in the deep cleaning they advertised. I told her this was the most important thing to me as I could not clean it.She said yes, and we talked at length about the product she could use because I have asthma and bleach is a trigger for me. We agreed she had to use bleach, but would open the window and would come the first thing in the morning so it would be aired out by the evening. When I called to make the date, she said she never agreed to do the mold, and when I talked about the bleach, and how she would make the appointment first thing in the morning, she just repeated "we don't do mold." Angie's list has given me the opportunity of transferring the money I paid to another service, so I'm happy with Angie's list, not with the cleaning service.

Description of Work: They cleaned but I would not advertise this as "deep" housecleaning. Everything that I wanted them to do they couldn't do. They couldn't move anything or clean shelves or clean cabinets. So they cleaned well on a surface level, but the ad for "deep" housecleaning was what I was interested in and it was misleading.
