The owner of the company and her employee came and provided 2 hours of house cleaning. They were on time, professional and did a great job. I would prefer they price the job and not pay by the hour because they had another client booked and had to leave when the 2 hours was up and the whole house wasn't quite finished. Other than the that they were great!

They did a good job but missed some of the things I wanted done.

The attention to detail and quality of their work is absolutely excellent in every respect!! Talk about a house that is now spic and span! WOW!!! I would and will hire them again without reservation. I highly recommend them to anyone including next door neighbors and relatives!! You will find no one as good as these folks nor ones that will work as hard. To say that we are satisfied is obviously an understatement.

This was my first experience with a housecleaning service so I wasn't sure what to expect. The cleaners (Tracy & Ashley) arrived on time & once we did a walk-through and gave my specifics they went to work & were quite thorough. Did a great job cleaning a bathroom, kitchen, living/dining room and den. I was impressed with their professionalism and the overall outcome. My hardwood floors look amazing, house got a nice cleaning; highly recommend!

They did not get back to me promptly but he just did not have time to do this particular job according to my availability. I thought the scheduling and communication was confusing as well.

Kitchen was a real mess. Cleaned Cabinets, Countertops, stove floor.

I've used this company quite a few times in the past to clean my business. They've always done a phenomenal job. However, this was the first time I've ever used a cleaning company to clean my home. A Star Quality Cleaning absolutely lived up to their name! Based on my past experience with them, with regard to the great job they've always done with my business, I expected that they would do well with my home. And they did! I had a two person team that came out. They arrived on time, in uniform, with great energy and attitudes. The previous week I hosted a few family members, including young children, from out of town for the week. So, needless to say...my house was a complete mess! The cleaning crew was thorough and detail oriented. I was very satisfied with the results!

They did a great job. Kind, courteous, and thorough. Very accommodating.

I was waiting on a response and they never got back to me. I am requesting a refund.

I bought this deal and then found out they cannot provide the services on my requested dates. They should have the available service dates available up front. So this inconvenience can be avoided.

They were not available on our requested days. They did not respond to request for their availability.

Initial communication was problematic. After I made the purchase I did not hear from them. I emailed them and then heard back, but this resulted in a delay in scheduling. When the two people came to clean they were punctual, professional and nice. They were here the scheduled two hours and accomplished everything I requested. I have two cats, one long haired. In addition to overall cleaning, they vacuumed the furniture and cleaned the hardwood floors throughly; all cat hair gone. I was very pleased with their work.

When scheduling, they asked if I preferred one person for 4 hours or 2 people for 2 hours. I chose the latter. I requested a deep cleaning of the kitchen and 2 bathrooms plus a regular cleaning of the living room, dining room, den, stairway and 2 halls. I was not certain that they could accomplish all of the that in the time alloted but they said they could and they did so. Kitchen cabinets were polished, counters and exteriors of appliances were washed, furniture was dusted and polished, baseboards were cleaned, rugs were vacuumed and floors and stairs were washed. The owner was one of the cleaners. She and her helper showed up exactly on time, worked very efficiently (I was in the house the entire time as this was the first time I had used them) and did a walk-through with me when done. I would be very comfortable leaving them in the house alone in the future.

She took initiative and even vacuumed the couch itself to remove cat hair!

I talked to them and they apologized for the inconvenience that they did not service our area. They advised to contact Angie's List for my refund. They were very professional over the phone.

Tracy and her helper arrived on time. I showed Tracy each room of the two floors and what we wanted cleaned. The two ladies then began energetically cleaning every nook and cranny and Tracy steamed cleaned the wood floors as well. The entire house looked and better yet smelled clean when they were finished . A very professional job !!

The provider contacted me immediately and I was connected with Angie's list customer service which provided a few different options.

I bought this service because, due to ill health, the house is a mess. Most of it I can do myself, but the floors really need a deep cleaning; however, the company advised me that the best they could do was mop the floors, thus doing no more than a surface cleaning.

We have very high standards for cleanliness, scheduling, and detail in our home and found ourselves in need of help. Our expectations were met and surpassed and we chose to have a second cleaning scheduled. Now we are on a regular pattern and could not be happier. Great attention to detail. The best part is when friends visit and tell us how clean our house is.

Star quality was very professional was able to clean my house the same day and even gave me a 25% discount off because it was my first cleaning. The 3 women that came out were polite and on time.

Due to the fact that I am extremely particular with regard to the cleanliness of my business, in the past I have not had good luck finding the right company to clean my facility. That is until now! A Star Quality lived up to their name. My expectations were exceeded. There was a 5 person crew that arrived on time at 8:00 p.m. And 4 hours later, everything was done! Most importantly...DONE CORRECTLY! They were very detail oriented and professional. I am very pleased with the results.
