They did a great job.i paid for 6hrs of housecleaning and I had 2 woman clean for 3 hrs. They arrived on time and I had a list of things I wanted done--a lot of the heavy cleaning that I hadn't done for a while. They polished woodwork and kitchen cabinets, cleaned the inside of my windows, washed all of my baseboards, wiped down all of my window blinds, as well as general house cleaning such as cleaning bathroom, kitchen and breezeway and washing and vacuming floors. Everything was shining and clean when they were done! One of the owners of their agency came by when they were done to inspect the job. She even took a paper towel to wipe the bathtub to see if it was perfectly clean. I would definitely recommend this agency to anyone looking for professional hardworking proficient house cleaners.

They are not able to come before I am leaving for the winter at the end of the week. They were very professional and polite in our interaction.

Tracey and Ashley were punctual and friendly. I purchased four hours of cleaning not knowing what could be done in that time. They did much more than I expected! They actually finished early and I wasn't prepared to give them more to do. Tracey was honest and said I hadn't needed the four hours - and she would credit me with an hour of cleaning if I wanted to purchase another hour in the future and have them come back again. I will definitely do that. Note that this is a basic cleaning that you would have done every few weeks to keep up with things. It's not a - "I haven't cleaned my house in 6 months and now need it spotless" - type of cleaning. (Though I'm sure Tracey could accommodate deep cleaning needs as well.)

I was not happy with my experience with this provider. I would not recommend this provider as contact was intermittent at best, and service was never performed (even though my schedule was very open). They even gave me a date that I was happy with, but never confirmed the appointment. I stayed home on this date anyway, but they never showed up to do the work.

Tracy and her daughter were terrific, they worked tirelessly for three and a half hours nonstop. My house was pretty dirty, I have forced hot air so I generate a lot of dust. They swept and cleaned all of my hardwood floors and cleaned and washed my tiled kitchen and hallway. All of my throw rugs were vacuumed. My filthy bathrooms were spotless when they got done. They also cleaned every surface i.e. kitchen table, countertop and even all the china and cabinet. I have to tell you that I was so impressed I hired them on the spot to come out every month. They are honest down to earth friendly people and I highly recommend using there service.

It went well. I only paid for the 2 hours, so that was a lot for the 2 hours.

I was having my house cleaned the night before I was hosting 60 people for my small wedding in my home. While I had deep cleaned in the weeks prior, my home contains two young children, two large active dogs, a cat, and a professional chef - this is to say, we create plenty to clean. They were fast and thorough and I will definitely hire them again. While I purchased a deal, I'd happily pay full rate for their services. It was well worth it.

She made an appointment and failed to keep the appointment after repeated calls and emails for re-confirmation.

Two ladies came on time. They were very polite. They used their own tools and cleaning products. They cleaned two bathroom and mopped kitchen counter tops. They cleaned living room floor and tried to clean as much as they could. Since I only purchased two hours, so they did they could. They did a very good job.

On the initial service date, provider appeared on time, the amount of cleaning and organizing was beyond scope of initial agreement. The provider surveyed the duplex and created a plan to follow up on and another date was scheduled. Provider appeared as scheduled on the follow on date and brought assistance, performed the service efficiently with high quality. The agreed upon time expired with one room left. Provider will be finishing the last room soon. I would highly recommend the provider to others.

I bought this deal with a specific date in mind. I contacted the company and they said they weren't available and booking a few weeks away. I can understand that and was a little disappointed as I was having company come and now needed to obtain a new company. I originally asked if a refund was possible to which the company responded yes, and that Angie's List was pretty good about refunds. On the same day after thinking about it a little, I requested their availability to try and work something out on a later date. After 3 - 4 emails to them with no response through Angie's List, I have given up. I would have appreciated someone responding back to me and letting me know their schedule to see if we could work out something. Clearly the email string is on Angie's List so you can see the history. Thank you for processing this refund.

I purchased a big deal for 3 hours of service with 2 people for $99. I have never had anyone come do this type of service in my house before and was a little hesitant. I emailed A Star Quality Cleaning with the dates I was looking for and received an email back confirming one of the dates. They were very responsive to all of my emails. They called me before they came to let me know they were on their way. They came with all of the supplies needed to do the job. The owner did a walk thru with me to find out exactly what I wanted done before they started. She let me know that it would probably not take 3 hours which I thought was quite honest, because she could have dragged it out. Within minutes the house smelled so clean! Both the owner and her daughter did a GREAT job! They both worked to get the job done in 2 hours, which I thought was great and it gave me an hour of cleaning credit. Which I full intent to take with this great crew. They were very professional, pleasant and hard working. Can not wait to have them back!

Everything went great - Girls went above and beyond cleaning heating baseboards - I was a bit shocked about how much fur (we have 2 cats and 2 dogs) had collected under them and on them. They did a great job with the bathrooms and the floors as well. Will likely be having them come back once a month to get all the places we neglect to get to on a daily basis.

My experience with this company went very well. I was extremely pleased with the attention to detail the cleaners had when cleaning the bathrooms. Once they got started, the house immediately began to have that 'clean' smell from the cleaning products that they were using. The three bathrooms that they cleaned looked spotless, which was my favorite part. The only issue I did have, and it's not a knock on them, is that they cleaned the tile floors with Pine Sol which can be a bit sticky for a few days after cleaning. Next time i use them, i'll mention it and i'm sure they will use something else. Overall it was an excellent experience and I'm likely to use them again in the (near) future.

Very pleased with the cleaning services. This is a great deal, so if you have to wait a bit for an appointment be patient - it is worth it! They are very professional, punctual and their cleaning is top notch. We will be using them on a regularly-scheduled basis going forward. Very glad we found them.

Ashley showed up on time and spent two hours cleaning my home. We were only going to focus on bathrooms and kitchen but she had enough time to do much more. She and her worker were efficient and professional. Ashly checked all areas at the end of the two hours to make sure they were to her expectations and mine.
