Please do not advertise this company on your site. Worst service I have ever experienced.

Initially, communication wasn't the greatest but they were prompt and very courteous. The deep cleaning was decent. I got 6 hours of cleaning for $99. I didn't give them an A because I found a live spider in the bathroom upper corner and there were some cobwebs remaining above a cabinet in the bathroom too. They were very good about cleaning under the furniture and the kitchen came out nice too. The door frames were all very dirty by the door knobs and those were not cleaned so I went through afterward and the grime came right off. Bottom line is that they were good but since a few details were missed I wouldn't say that it was superior. But I thought that the price was very good.

The company was running late from previous appointments. Because I was their last appointment I asked if they might be too tired to clean my apartment that day. The owner assured me they were fine with coming in the evening. I was very happy with their service until I looked around my apartment. Just about every area they cleaned had a film on it; the sort of film that would be left by cleaning with a dirty cloth. I particularly noticed it on the furniture, tile and wood floors. They did cursory job on the dining chairs, leaving dust on the chair rungs and bottom of the table. The service consisted of three people working for one hour, not three hours of cleaning.

We called to set up and schedule a time. We have had communication issues. She hasn't been able to get us scheduled. Were getting a refund.

The crew was great, Tracey asked about product preferences, what I specifically wanted done. She was also very good about finding a mutually convenient time for scheduling the cleaning.

My house has never been cleaner! They were prompt, very professional and extremely efficient. They confirmed the appt before coming. They moved everything to dust and vacuum and put t back! my floors sparkle. I will be having them come back on a monthly basis starting next month . Would recommend to anyone who is looking for fabulous housecleaning service.

We were satisfied with the cleaning. There weren't any extra charges. We tried to contact them to have them come back for another job, but we never heard back from them.

They did an excellent job cleaning up my grandmother's house. Will definitely be contacting them soon to reschedule additional service.

It was ok. She did a good job cleaning. She kind of screwed up my carpet a little bit. She did a good job.

The company was a NO SHOW after paying for and scheduling an appointment. Paid this company $35 for 2 hour of cleaning around Oct.31st. I made several attempts to contact this provider. They were a NO SHOW upon our last scheduled cleaning. I would like my money back. When I just went into my history of messages, all messages from this provider did not show?

After initial email exchange regarding dates and options, they stopped returning messages.

It only took two hours and only two people came but they did a Geary job.

I purchased this service on a special. Because so many bought it, it was going to be a while before they could get to it. When I explained that the house was being put on the market that week, Tracy moved around schedules so they could clean before the photographer came to take the pictures of the house. They arrived promptly at the scheduled time (even though she had a tragedy in the family) and went right to work. I didn't request vacuuming but they did it anyway. There were three of them and it only took two hours. Everything shone when they were through. I would definitely use them again!

The company never showed up and never returned any of my calls or email. I would not recommend or use this company again.

I purchased this deal at the end of September and 6 months later still have not received my housecleaning. I have had to text and call for an appointment about numerous times and the women has only answered 2 of my phone calls. It took almost 2 months before we made the initial appointment and then she called me back to cancel the appointment and still has not rescheduled with me.

This was a second home so I wasn't there, but I did come shortly afterwards. They misplaced things and left the toilet cleaning solution in the toilet without swishing and flushing, They did a good job; Not an excellent job as prior services had done. I would urge them to concentrate on the details. Details matter in house cleaning.
