Description of Work: They replaced our well pump. The pump was successfully installed but the process to sanitize the well and to use the equipment was poor. Their efforts to educate us on what to do was disorganized and unclear.

+ -1 moreNot at all knowledgeable with new well installation. Never mentioned various types of pumps. Didn't seem to care that they installed a new well that only produces 1 gallon per minute. I asked them to lay the electric cable into the conduit already in the ground. They laid the entire line into the muddy wet trench instead and then up charged me for labor to correct. Two younger men complained the entire time as it was cold out. Would never use them again nor would I recommend. There are much better companies out there.

+ -1 moreThey were friendly and professional, but apparently the owner, Jim , is no longer with the company. When I asked why, I was told it was personal. He knew what he was doing. I'm not sure his wife, Lisa, who now runs the company, and their current crew are as knowledgeable as he was.
Description of Work: I called this company because my water smelled. They rebedded the water softener and carbon filter., cleaned the screens on water softener, after one week, the water smelled again. I called and they said it was from m water heater. Had my plumber come over to change the anode. One week later, the water smelled again. Called Well Works again and they came out and charged me $158 to remove calcite and replace with more carbon, test water for bacteria was $60., and replace neutralizer motor was 49.00. The water still smelled. At this point, they had no answer for me, so now I have to spend $2,000 replacing the whole system

+ -1 moreTHESE PEOPLE KNEW WHAT THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT. THEY NEVER CAME TO OUR HOUSE LATE- THEY WERE ALWAYS ON TIME. THEY WERE REASONABLE PEOPLE WHO DID A JOB FOR A REASONABLE PRICE.
