 + 7 moreWe recently bought a home in Cranston RI that needed a ton of work. After a fantastic reference, we hired Restorations to do the majority of the work and oversee the rest. The work included a new porch, first floor bathroom gut and remodel, rebuilt and reinforced stairs and new paint on every surface in the whole house. David and Marc were excellent and took care of every detail. Even when we wanted to change something, they worked with us and changed the color or design without complaining. They had a great eye for color and gave us great advice; the colors are all amazing. We even have bone white ceilings because the warm white works better with our color choices. The most important thing is that they worked with us on the costs and let us buy the bathroom fixtures so we could save money and keep within our budget! All the work was down on a timely manner and I would recommend them to anyone remodeling or just looking for a new coat of paint. They really made our house a home!
Description of Work: The work included work on the porch, first floor bathroom gut and remodel, rebuilt and reinforced stairs and new paint on every surface in the whole house. The Porch needed new flooring and rails and paint to compliment the house. It made the house look completely different and so much better. The first floor bathroom gut and remodel was a big job but they cleaned up after themselves every day and worked with the plumber and electricians. It is a small bathroom they we added a built-in walk-in shower to. the floor was rotting so they had to rebuilt it from the subfloor up. The Stairway was also rotting and creaky and old oak wood. After reinforcing them we had the treads refinished and the fronts of the stairs painted a complementary color to the walls (their idea) and they look amazing! Then we had most of the walls, ceilings and molding painted. They quality is fantastic and colors are perfect! These guys really know color!
