Ric is great at what he does. Found the problem and fixed it within an hour.

I was impressed from start to finish. He was prompt, quick, pleasant, polite, and efficient. He took the time to help me understand what he was doing and was patient in order that I could write down what he said for future reference.

The owner of the company was very prompt about scheduling an appointment and returning phone calls that we made to him. He was efficient in his use of our time and his, not charging us for time he was letting a program run to test something, and his estimate of what was wrong gave us the information we needed to decide whether to buy a new computer or try to update/fix the one we have. He was generous enough to allow us to pay for what he had done on the first visit-which he said was probably a temporary fix-when we had decided what we wanted to do. We have not decided what to do with it (it's still sitting there...), but will use this company in the future.

He came within a half hour after I called. He was very fairly priced and very courteous, and I would definitely use this company again. In all, he was only here for about 45 minutes.

Ric came to our house & made sure that he understood our setup & what we were trying to accomplish. He proposed a cost-effective way to solve our storage problem, short of buying a new computer. He took the computer on a Saturday afternoon to his shop, where he had the required equipment to do the job. On the following Monday morning, he delivered it to us at home. For us it's the equivalent of a new computer.

HE WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND KNEW COMPUTERS. HE DIDN'T WASTE ANY TIME AND WAS FINISHED IN FORTY-FIVE MINUTES. HE WAS FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS. HE WILL GIVE YOU DISCOUNTS FOR ANYONE YOU REFER TO HIM.
