+ -1 moreChris was always very honest with me. He is very knowledgeable and will provide you with as much detail as you desire about the science behind things. Aside from installing the solar hot water system, he helped fix my washing machine and furnace. He has returned to my house multiple times to check on the system and make things optimal. He has always been available to answer my calls. He even helped me on a Sunday when I had no hot water prior to installing the solar hot water system. The problem was something in the boiler and he helped me troubleshoot it over the phone and then came to permanently fix the problem. He made me feel like he was always there for me. It's good to know that I can count on him.
Description of Work: I had a complete solar hot water system installed. They installed solar panels as well as a solar hot water tank. They installed all of the pipes in the basement and also serviced my existing furnace. After further investigating my house, Chris decided that I would benefit from upgraded circular tube panels instead of the traditional flat solar panels and he gave me the upgrade free of charge for the agreed upon original price.
