CHARLIE GREENE AND SONS

Charlie was very responsive, coming at the house the day after I called. He called, as he said he would, and arrived right at the agreed-upon time. He diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and at a very fair price. He checked my entire system from well to basement water tank and made recommendations. The well pump is very old and he could easily have recommended installing a new one but he he took the "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" approach. I will be having Charlie install a new water tank in the next few weeks.

During an emergency I could not get my regular well people to respond so a friend told me to call Charlie. It was in the middle of a stormy weekend so there were emergencies everywhere. Charlie took time to talk me through a work-around until someone could get out to my house to fix the well. He was kind and patient, which was very nice considering I was not a client of his. Then when we had another emergency I called Charlie again and he had his son at our house within a few hours, again on a very stormy day. His son (also Charlie) did a quick service to fix the problem and took lots of time to thoroughly explain our system (we just recently purchased the house). I will definitely be using them for any future well problems.
