Rob came to give an estimate pretty quickly. The work was delayed due to remaining accumulated snow and finally got done a few weeks later. He walked the property with me, added suggestions about other trees that should be taken down. Removed 3 fallen trees, cut down 2 others and cut up three other large fallen trees and left them on site as they were tough to access. His crew showed up on time, worked well, was courteous, cleaned up and was done in less than 4 hours.

I have never had any tree work done before. That being said, I was very impressed by Mr Robert Burton, “The Tree Guy”, and his crew. Mr Burton toured my property with me and advised me about which trees needed pruning, which to remove, and which to give a chance to recover, and he gave me an estimate and a time-frame immediately. He was very flexible about working with me on a date, as well giving me time to decide which options to choose. The crew arrived promptly on the appointed day and went to work professionally and efficiently. I am very pleased with the results and would recommend “The Tree Guy” to anyone contemplating tree work.

He was timely, did a really nice job at a reasonable price.

His price was phenomenal, he came in with his crew of 3 guys and did a great job quickly, clean and effectively. From the trees he took down he offered to cut some firewood for me and make some planters for my wife. Have recommended him and will be using again for another job i need.

When I initially phoned and left a message my call was returned promptly. I then received a call on when to expect delivery. The wood came on schedule. The deliverymen were courteous and professional. When the wood arrived it was beautiful with no trash, seasoned mixed hardwoods and not short. More than fair price; excellent service; Rob is honest, professional and a straight shooter - no bull here. It's refreshing to find a dependable source of firewood. I feel lucky to have found The Tree Guy.

They showed up on time, did a very professional job and left the property in good condition. They missed a few areas of trimming dead branches but when I called Rob he immediately had the crew come back to finish up.

Came to my house within 2 hours of being called, surveyed job, set date to perform service and discussed price. I was away from home for work, he called me to see if he could come over and do the work that day. I told him I was away-and quot;No Issueand quot;. Did the work, I mailed him a check. Excellent way to do business and I highly recommend Him.

The Tree Guy is great. Very professional and personable. His equipment is up to date and well maintained. He is the first person I think of when someone asks me for a tree service or firewood.

In his attempt to cut all my tree,s He killed 2 tree's and left them their, now they are a hazard and i have to figure out a way to get rid of them.He should have removed any tree's he damaged.

Rob arrived with two trucks and a full team of workers, and they spent two days on our property. All of the tree waste was carefully collected, shredded in a wood chipper, and the larger limbs/logs were hauled away in a truck. When he was done, there was no damage to our lawn and the property was spotless overall. He walked through again at the end to ensure I was satisfied and understood the extent of the work he performed. Overall, we were very pleased with his work and would hire his team again in the future.

The service was fine. We called, scheduled an appointment, they arrived on time and took the tree away.

I talked to Rob and he was a nice guy and sounded good to talk to, but his figure was high. It was one pretty big tree and we had got nine different estimates ranging from $650 to $1800 for the job. Their quote was for $1100, and after talking to me, he said that he would go down to $1000. This was one of the first calls I got but he was on the higher side. He is on Angie's List and he was top on responsiveness. I don't have anything bad at all on this guy. He called me right back and he did everything right. There was no question about it that he did everything right, except I didn't use him because he was too high. He was very good. I probably would call him in the future.

We didn't pay for it because it was paid by the home owner. They had used him the past and so we didn't have any other experience other than talking to him. He was well informed. I think he is expensive but that could be because he is very competent in his field. He was following the hurricane and he came to access the fallen trees and remove the debris.

Due to the hurricane he was extremely busy but he regularly called me when he had a free afternoon to see if if was a good time to get the tree removed. He was able to squeeze me in between other appointments, and get the work taken care of extremely efficiently. I was not even home when the work was done, and everything including sawdust and scraps was cleaned up before I got home. I would absolutely use him again in the future.
